The floor was flooded and covered with wet toilet paper around the toilets. In order to use bathroom without slipping and falling we had to put more paper on the floor. Just appalling. The tables were falling apart. One table actually collapsed with people sitting at it. Also it was not set up for the correct number of people we requested and when asked for additional tables and chairs we were met with a hard NO. Eventually we were given one additional table with chairs. The place is nice but in serious need of repair, sturdy tables and chairs; and management. Shame on management for renting this venue in such horrible disrepair. I suggest until major repairs and restorations are made that they don't rent the venue.

The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating to our group. It was the perfect place to hold a trivia night on a cold day. The facilities were great and upon our arrival the tables were already set up and waiting. We cleaned up as we went along but the staff finished up any last minute clean up and we were all able to get out on time. The space is wonderful and the staff is top notch. This is a wonderful facility that is so much more intimate and personal than a huge gymnasium or church basement. Everyone had a great time. Thank you Ginger and your staff for all you did to make our trivia night a success.

Last night I attended one of my favorite nonprofits' biggest fundraiser of the year. A room full of…read morepeople gathered to raise money for families who lose their babies -- served completely free of charge. These are families in the worst moments of their lives. This nonprofit deserves the very best. What they got was Le Belle Coeur. Here is what happened. Staff was late that morning, blaming traffic. When they finally opened the space, it was still set up from the night before. Dirty tables. Not even close to what was arranged. And while this tiny team of women was trying to set up for one of the most important nights of their year, Le Belle Coeur was giving wedding tours through the space. Food arrived over an hour late. There was one server. One. For 125 people. The service was so slow that the nonprofit's own staff had to stop what they were doing and help serve dinner. Guests and volunteers pitched in. Some people did not eat until 8:30. I personally had to DoorDash dinner to the venue because by the time I made it through the food line after 8:00, I was told there were no gluten free options -- despite being promised there would be. The server just looked at me. That was it. Once the food line cleared, that server disappeared. We never saw them again. Tables were never cleared. Water glasses sat empty. The only staff visible for the rest of the night was the bartender -- also one person, for the entire room. At some point we watched Le Belle Coeur employees leave the building carrying food across the street to their sister venue. That tells you everything about where their priorities were. There was no working speaker system. No music. There was no projector. They could not find it and did not tell anyone until that evening. No slide deck. No videos. No way to display donor names as people gave. No way for families to share photos alongside the stories of their babies. No way to honor sponsors. That moment is the whole point of the night. Gone. Not one apology. Not one moment of accountability. Not one staff member who appeared to care. I have grace for a hiccup when a team is visibly trying to make it right. That is not what this was. This was failure after failure with zero ownership. Here is what breaks my heart. This nonprofit does extraordinary work for families in the most devastating moments of their lives -- for free. Their largest fundraiser of the year was undermined at every turn by a venue that was simply not there. People left early. People went elsewhere to eat. I would be shocked if this experience did not cost oir nonprofit significant donations. Would Le Belle Coeur have let a wedding go this way? I genuinely don't know. What I do know is that whether it was negligence or indifference, a room full of people who came to honor babies who died were not worth showing up for. Do not book Le Belle Coeur.

Intimate setting, high ceilings, exquisite chandelier. One night only , R&B Valentine night show of soulful music. Table seating , cash bar , and great music , you can't ask for anything more. Restrooms clean. No food. Tim Cunningham gave a great performance, he left nothing to complain about. Show time 8-10:30p one intermission and on top of his own show music he took requests as well. Seems like kind of an odd spot, but as long as you're using a GPS you should be good to go! They seem to have several different rooms here that can be utilized all at once. As we were walking in the main doors, we heard a loud "SURPRISE!" coming from one of the neighboring rooms. Regardless of how much was going on, the reception we attended was great. Let's start with the top priority: the drinks were strong. Totally solid. The food was A-OK, and there was a good variety of things. My favorite thing to eat were the pumpkin & red velvet cupcakes at the end... yum! From what I hear, you can design your own package and figure out what food would work the best for you. The dance floor was a good size and everything was fun and comfortable. One note, though... don't try to bring in your own wine. They'll take it away. Who brings their own wine to a wedding, anyway? Okay, it was me. Great place to have a reception or party. We had a great time at All Occasion!

Some of the least palatable food I've ever eaten, at airport prices. Staff seem listless and have no desire to be helpful. This seems like a horrible work environment. This is particularly concerning given that the convention center bans attendees from bringing in outside food.

The wedding we attended was a modest sized outdoor wedding. The gazebo where the wedding took place was on a bluff overlooking the river. There was a tent and air-conditioned bathrooms nearby. What a gorgeous evening. Of course everything had to work out with great weather and no rain. I'm not sure if the food was brought in or organized by the estate. During this wedding, it was set up buffett style. Overall very good. With tender chicken and pasta. Looks like this place is highly rated on the Knot. Overall we had a wonderful experience and a wonderful time at the wedding.

So, I read some of the 1-star reviews. There's not a doubt in my mind that they're bogus and/or the…read morework of some competitor (if it's possible for there to be one in the area). First off, the pricing for this venue feels unfair, in the sense that for everything that you get, I don't think the price is high enough. Secondly, the farm is a true, authentic farm and not some phony location made to look like one. Finally, this property has breathtaking and unbeatable photography spots. My fiance and I were supposed to get married here several years ago. There was an unfortunate turn of events and, long story short, we did not get married. I was devastated. I called and asked for my money back, given my circumstances. I didn't get my money back, and even though it sucked, it's fine, because October 13 is a prime date, and venues don't exist and maintain themselves for by magic (though, Kuhs Farm so beautiful that you'd think it we're). That's just life. Ruining their reputation wouldn't have resolved my pain, financial issues, or any other problems I had going on in my life; it's sad to see that some people left such negative reviews thinking that it would resolve theirs. Whomever is reading these reviews, don't buy the stack of 1-star reviews. Clearly, they don't follow the rest of the trend. Do yourself a favor and tour the venue and talk to the owner (Elizabeth). You'll be happy you chose this place, seriously.
