**May 2025: Weekend Visit** I came here to attend the 2 Rivers Comic Con inaugural convention and really enjoyed this beautiful space. There's ample parking for patrons and the building itself has high ceilings for lots of air circulation. On my visit they had a small stage for the talent to speak about their experiences as well as a separate room for signings/photos. Beautiful venue for a wedding. We came here over the weekend for a wedding and it was all in one area but they had the tables pushed to the side after the wedding. They pulled him into the center. I think it would be better if they had dividers to hide or disclose the tables to make it more seamless looking They let you explore the gallery during cocktail hour The staff is very pleasant and there were security on site Great location for an event and close to hotels for family and friends read more

Visited this art center located in Old Town St. Charles. They are making good use of this space with art classes and presentations. On the night we went, there were demonstrations of art work made with fire. Vendors mostly inside with liver demonstrations outside. Very cold evening, but fires to warm the night. Couple of food trucks. Could have used a bit more for the crowd they had. Second annual event. read more

Fire arts fest!! Great way to browse this space and look at the studios. Each studio space has different designs from jewelry making, arts and crafts, pottery, pictures, molds etc. A-lot of vendors with foods , desserts, ceramics, jewelry, For purchase. Very spacious. Live band indoors and fire pits and food trucks and a fire show and demonstrations outside. This was a free event and parking was on a first come first serve. read more

I really enjoy visiting The Foundry Art Centre. I have been here for art classes upstairs, a wedding with a dinner reception, walking around the art gallery for a specific showing, and the farmers market in the parking lot on the weekend. This time it was for the Fire in arts Festival. It was a lot of fun! There were fire pits in the parking lot, a food truck, and a blacksmith demonstration. Inside, there was a cocktail bar, a live band and a fun market place with homemade goods. read more

I love art galleries and event spaces, so the Foundry Art Centre has found a place in my likes. I was here for a friend's wedding reception and it was a great backdrop for it. Art on the walls, string lights and cozy seating sections - nice touch. Service was great. Hopefully I'm able to be a guest here again. read more

My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception here, in the same hall and it was SUPERB. We are both artists - but different types - and so we handmade all our decorations and the Foundry was a perfect set up for it all. The cost was the best we found - especially for what they included (chairs and tables and set up of it.) This location can hold up to 400 but we had 120 and it was still great. The Foundry Art Centre just down the street from historic downtown St. Charles over looking the Missouri River is a place that I think everyone should check out if they are in the St. Louis area. The Foundry Art Centre is a place where anyone can go and appreciate pieces of art and pieces of currently being created. The Foundry Art Centre houses the studios of artist of all kinds. From sculptures to painters, you can come here and watch them work. If they are not busy and if they feel like it you can also discuss artwork and just talk to them when they are willing. I had such an amazing experience with The Foundry. People were FLOORED by our wedding reception and how gorgeous it was. And the best part is that it comes with a LOT of free decor that you can use to your advantage instead of spending a bunch of money on expensive chair covers or cheesy toulle. If you're planning a reception here I highly recommend getting the white fabric draped and the bubble lights lit. Total it will cost you $200.00, but it is REALLY worth it. They can do parties with up to 400 people which was a must since we invited 380. This is by far the best place to do your reception in St. Charles ESPECIALLY if it's going to be a big affair. Catering is done by preferred vendors. A little bit more expensive than going with a location that does everything in-house, but you're paying for ambiance as well, so it really wasn't that drastic of a difference for us. I've heard rumors that it is closing which makes me so very sad. We made some wonderful memories that night and I'll remember it forever! read more

The Foundry is such a beautiful venue for wedding. Melanie was so helpful and was always there to answer any and all of our questions! Their preferred caterers were all great and they even gave us recommendations for photo booths, DJs and photographers which is so helpful when planning your big day. Having your tables and chairs already set up and ready made the day go that much smoother. All in all it was an absolutely beautiful venue and made our dream wedding complete. Lots of amazing programs - many of them for free. They have summer camps, movie nights, trivia and board games nights that serve as fundraisers... So much to do and see. The upper level is filled with artist studios where you can see people at work, and buy things from the artists. i love this place, it's unassuming from the outside but looks like the Santa Monica ( super cool) airport hanger for galleries ( galleries are located upstairs ) we took summer camp here and promptly became members. The artists teach the kids so the boys will begin pottery here for the rest of the summer. Worth the membership read more
