For 150 I received a less than rough draft that looked worse than my own resume by a long shot. She lectured me about plagiarism when I copied and pasted a job description when I told her to change it and be creative, then insulted my intelligence with her response. I felt like I did her work as she peppered me with questions she should've been able to tackle. Indeed my writing skills are better than what she produced. There was a more professional company that I could've used, but they were $500- but that included a complete résumé cover letter and counseling sessions on future opportunities. I felt like I would've spent $500 and barely got her résumé with her. Biggest waste of money and frustration. Last time I checked I'm the client, and having been in sales and marketing my whole life this was shocking. I've never treated a client like this.

Our property association hired her to do simple bookkeeping and financials for our small community. She has done neither, but has managed to loose checks consistently, never providing financials, taxes or insurance information. She never answers emails or phone calls, but she is very efficient at collecting her fee every month ( for this she is not late) she pays herself for being the worst. The association finally fired her for her lack of business sense and incompetence. To this date, she has refused to return all the documents to the new company. We have sent letters, emails, phone calls and she has not responded. At this point we are considering legal action. DO NOT USE HER SERVICES! She is the absolute WORST!

I asked her how she got a figure on one of my tax schedules and she told me that the computer did extremely complex calculations to get the amount but in reality it was a figure brought over from another schedule. She wants to be a cowgirl and that is more important than her clients. We had an appointment the first of October to hand over our 2015 tax papers and information for her to amend our 2013 and 2014 taxes but she did not keep the appointment nor did she call us to cancel. We weren't able to meet for another week and now it was only a week before the deadline. She said that she was good at getting work done in a timely matter. I called and texted and phoned her many times on the 17th. Of course she never responded until the 18th with the news that she got the "flu" -- but at the same time she had to deliver a horse to Arizona. So horses 1st and clients 2nd. It is the end of Feb and I still do not have my taxes. She sent me reports for me to sign and send to the IRS but I found wrong figures on them several times. I would email her and ask how she got that figure and it might take a week for her to get back to me and then with the pat answer of the computer did it. I have requested that she send my money back but she refuses. If she does not get my 2015 taxes and my previous tax papers to me this week I am going to take her to small claims court. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT HIRE THIS INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL "ACCOUNTANT".
