I recently hurt my back pretty badly, to the point I could barely walk. My adult daughter came over…read morewhen she heard I hurt my back, and her immediate reaction after seeing how badly I was injured was that she was going to get me a walker. My back has been problematic off and on for years, but not like this time. I generally knew what I had done to cause the problem and pain (usually a pulled muscle from me making suboptimal choices about how much to lift, etc.). My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care, and I hadn't seen a chiropractor for 40 years. Still, I had hurt my back in the 1970s, and, after my doctors weren't able to help, I saw a chiropractor, who helped. When I hurt my back this time, I could immediately tell that it wasn't the normal pulled muscle. I made an appointment and was seen the same day that my back was hurt. After X-rays and a full evaluation, they determined that I had pinched a nerve pretty badly. They adjusted my back that afternoon (Wednesday) and again Friday morning. After the second adjustment, and a comprehensive massage by my massage therapist immediately after the alignment, I recovered to the point I could resume normal activities. In the past when I have pulled a muscle, etc., I haven't recovered nearly as quickly. Even though my insurance doesn't pay for it, I have decided to continue to have regular adjustments to my back from this point on. The ability to resume normal activities as quickly as I did was very impressive, and I believe that keeping my back from getting so far out of alignment in the future is money well spent.

The first time he used the Pro Adjuster I was used to a manual adjustment and needless to say a bit sceptical....I had popped my back out and was having back spasms and in alot of pain and he adjusted me with the new system and I walked out of the office immediately relieved from the pain and after just a couple more adjustments I was free from pain and I was sold!! It is a great system and works wonders without the risk of being over adjusted manually....I just love Dr. Walton and all the staff they are great people!

I saw Katie (DNP Chen) I've seen doctors who are less knowledgeable then Katie. Katie is so professional and proficient at her job. I actually enjoy coming there and know she's going to fix anything I have going on. Today she saw myself and my daughter and did such a wonderful job. I get anxiety going to any doctors office but I don't in coming here. You won't find a better set of people to take care of you. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. A+++++++++++++++++++++

I guess I can't properly post a review since have not been seen by them yet…read more But I did book am appointment on the day I was to go in I got a call saying that since I had not been seen in almost a year my fee would not be the $40 but instead $75 plus taxes Seems a bit unfair since covid lockdown is the reason had not been seen . The only treatment I always have had in the past yrs is a click of what looks like a clicker takes 3 mins tops and that includes entering the room and leaving So was very disappointed when I was told couldn't have the regular fee that it would almost double I cost . Seems a bit unfair that price almost doubles because the service had doors closed due to covid But I did find innisfil clinic offered to see me
