Valerie has been very helpful--I accidentally messed up my hand spint/brace that they made me when I slipped on ice. Valerie was able to see me later that afternoon and repair it for me, and I had been then earlier in the day for therapy! I love tye paraffin wax hand dip and the hand massage! That seems to really help loosen my hand up. Four weeks of occupational therapy, and I see massive improvement in my use and strength since surgery mid December. Another great feature for me is its not far from our home! The receptionist, Deneesha, is a sweetheart. She always greets you with a smile. I'm working on her though--trying to help her not be afraid of black cats! Haha! No seriously, she is definitely a crowd's jewel to the therapusts! Deneesha is very personable as well as helpful!

I just didn't have a good experience, though I know others have.

Peter and Nicole were both very professional. Nicole explained that my neck and shoulder muscle pain was being caused by those muscles attempting to compensate for the shoulder rotary cuff injury I had incurred.
