Disappointing Experience - Rude, Overpriced, and Unprofessional…read more 1 star - I will never recommend this company, and I sincerely hope this review prevents others from going through the same experience. I called Harrison Surveys for a quote on a boundary survey for a 14.5-acre parcel in Fort Myers (AG-2 zoned with partial wetlands). From the start, Nancy was passive-aggressive and rude, heavily implying they didn't want the job and that no one could complete it before Christmas (even though I was just seeking quotes and availability). When I asked for scheduling, she said they could "fit me in two days" if I accepted their quote--then sent a text with $12,500 estimate (six times higher than three other local surveyors I spoke to the same day) and a $5,000 retainer. She promised a callback after speaking to her husband but never followed up. The high quote and attitude felt like a deliberate way to decline the job without saying no. Not recommended--plenty of better, more professional options in Fort Myers for fair pricing and service.

Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.

We were told by our builder that our new condo would be ready to settle in July of 2021 (or, a total of 9 months renting). We signed the new condo contract JUST before the Global COVID 19 Pandemic. At the end of the first rental lease (of 9 months), the owner of the rental unit was understandably considering selling the rental condo. With such high demand, market prices soared to unprecedented levels. Rather than sell, Kelly Realty and the owner agreed to rent us the unit for another 2 months. And before it was all over, supply chain shortages and work stoppages precipitated 5 more lease extensions, and a total of 17 months rental! The women at Kelly Cove Realty (Lisa & Candace) worked with the owner on our behalf many times to help us avoid being without a home to live in, and the nightmare of additional temporary moves.
