I recently contacted Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing in Cape Coral, FL after Airbnb asked me to…read moreupdate the photos on one of our Airbnb units. The company was referred to me by a friend, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first called, I explained what I needed and asked if they could match the Airbnb price I had been quoted. I sent over the Airbnb offer for comparison, as requested. The office manager confirmed they could match the price, and we moved forward with scheduling the shoot for the next day. However, when securing a time, they suddenly told me they could not honor the price they had just quoted. Their reasoning was that the property was 2,200 sq. ft. instead of the 1,600 sq. ft. we listed. I explained that our actual living space is 1,600 sq. ft.--the rest is outside patio space, which was not part of what we wanted photographed. Despite clarifying this, they still would not honor the original price. I even offered to go with just the basic service without the add-on media kit to keep the cost at the agreed amount. After that, they stopped responding altogether. I followed up again the following Monday and only reached voicemail. No return call, no email, no resolution. This kind of unprofessional business practice is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing.

Awesome service. I am in the Chicago area and can't wait to use them again. I had another company set to come out to my project for weeks, the day before the project they canceled and I had to scramble to find another company - in walks Fox Valley Drones. Their price was better than the original company and they were able to come out within 24 hours to save my butt. I spoke with Matt, the owner, and he was great to deal with!! Until next time, thanks again Matt!! read more

Everything was proceeding professionally until the installation, when a key aspect of the design was not constructed. The designer argued that the clearly written details in their own quote was actually not part of the contract, and has failed to offer any solution. It has been a significant disappointment to see a reputable company fail to deliver on a high end installation. Unfortunately, you cannot trust that what is quoted and designed will be delivered on your job.

The security camera system was installed 60 days ago and has never properly worked. We followed their recommendation on equipment and were even billed for additional work when the system they told us would originally work, didn't - and then even with the additional work and additional equipment the system still doesn't work. It shouldn't be difficult to get 6 cameras to work - but we have never had more then 1/2 the system working at any point in time. The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money. They obviously don't have the expertise to do residential work or have an interest in making it a priority to service residential customers. Stay clear of Securitech1.
