The crew from Top Level specifically Ivan and Dymtro were professional and extremely detail oriented. They listened carefully to my concerns and helped manage the process efficiently. Would highly recommend, they are great troubleshooters and are meticulous about the finish work. No surprise fees at the end either.

I used Yelp to find George from 808 Fence & Railing. A few others responded to me initially, but…read morethey never followed up, or I had to chase them down. George on the other hand, called me the same day and stopped by my house soon after to take some measurements. He provided me with a quote with all costs broken down. He waited patiently while I collected other quotes and discussed with my husband. We went with George because of his excellent communication, he showed us plans/what to expect, and is honest. George and his assistant Saul did an terrific job on our railing project. They showed up on time, on the day they said they were going to be at our house, and completed the project in a timely manner. We are thrilled with the result! People think we had the railing there all along, and it is sturdy, functional, and looks great! Mahalo George!

It has never looked so good after painting. As you can see from the photos, the fence has spearheads, balls, and multiple rails, making the painting process more difficult. 808 F&R carefully prepared the fence, removing rust bubbles and grinding down the the metal where needed. We flew over from California for a couple of weeks. 808 F&R was able to start and complete the job while we were on Oahu. Absolutely amazing work. Father and daughter team work together as the father (the worker) speaks very little English. She translates for him and if she is not on the job site, she is only a phone call or text away. She answers immediately. (Incidentally, I didn't have to use this option except when it was time to pay; I didn't want him to leave before I paid him.). And the father is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He takes no breaks, just works continuously. And very solid, quality work, too! I could not be more pleased with the final repair job. If I could give (6) stars, I would!

I'll post a picture of the additional rail tomorrow. Update: Safety inspection for senior fall prevention was done for the house. The hand rails for the steps are definitely sturdy and well constructed but home health pointed out the gap between the two base of the rail was too wide. Someone could slip under the rail and off the steps. Feina did ask if I wanted one or two rails during the estimate but I didn't know why - so I said one.

I had a major issue with my GC for my fence, he abandoned the job. I contacted Parris at Vinyl Tech…read moreto help make gates because I knew he used Catalyst fencing. Parris was extremely helpful in asking what model I had, suggesting to reach out to another vendor who carried that specific model. Ultimately I needed gates and asked Parris if he could help. He was so kind and helpful and they made my custom sized gates super quick. If I could re-do my fence install I would 200% go with Parris at Vinyl tech. Great people, highly recommend.

Vinyl Tech & Masonry installed a fence for us about a year and a half ago and we continue to be…read moreblown away by their service, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. In my opinion when you're spending thousands of dollars on a fence install, it's well worth it to invest in a company that clearly cares about their customer's satisfaction.
