He addressed all of our needs, showed us examples of his work, and completed custom projects in our backyard on time for our move-in. Thriving in this tropical weather, we now have beautiful turf, plants, and trees. His thorough and knowledgeable crew now provides us with weekly maintenance service. His team stands behind his work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. In fact, our neighbors recently hired Cory for a refresh on their landscaping, and they were extremely pleased with the job. They do it all, and I highly recommend Cory C Clark, for your landscape and design work.

I told him I did not have an edger right now but if he would be able to trim it, I could clean up the mess. He charged a very reasonable amount and not only did he and his employee edge, they removed the excess grass growing over the sidewalk and blew the sidewalk and driveway clean and even mowed the front yard. I'm going through a very tough time right now, emotionally and financially and he has no idea how much he helped me with his kindness. And my yard looks fantastic! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Sarasota Lawn Service - (941) 894-5608.

He came to the home and walked the property asking what I was looking for and what my concerns with the previous company was. He felt like more of a "friend" than a hired vendor. They were hired for weekly maintenance and a one time clean up of the back property line that had been neglected by the prior hire for years. The work is amazing. Its so nice to look out the pool screen to the back yard again. I dont get mad anymore when grilling looking at poorly kept property. Eddie and his team are def worth your time to give a try. Best part too, they are beyond reasonable with local competition. Photos to be added later

(For a quote) He was a no show, no call both times. I also had a problem many times where Eddie NEVER returned voice mails and texts. (Again about the extra jobs) The last cut at the beginning of November he sent two workers I did not know It was the worst mow ever. The man operating the weed whacker talked on his phone most of the time. Therefore the job was shoddy. Same with the man mowing. Missed MANY areas and dug up my front lawn while kicking grass that should have been raked. Making a large, muddy clumpy area. Right out front! So if you want to be ignored, no call backs and some workers who do not care as well. This is the company for you!! Eddie did answer my last text when I told him I was firing Florida Lawn Care and Maintenance. Only because he wanted payment for the last shoddy cut that I wouldn't have even called a cut.. My neighbor had to come over with his mower/weed whacker and redo it. Again I could not call Eddie because he wouldn't have answered or call back... Beware!!!

I will be installing more as I continue with the installation of my pergolas. When Grant arrived he asked what type of sod I had installed. I told him Palmetto. He asked what that was. I said that it's a shade tolerant variety of St Augustine. I was very surprised that he wasn't familiar with one of the most popular varieties of grass in use in Florida. He then began to lecture me about how horrible Palmetto is and while I was holding my baby, continued to criticize my yard and plants. He told me that it looked like I had gone to Home Depot and picked out whatever I thought looked good about plants that I've had flourishing in my yard for 5 years. I was almost in tears standing in my yard listening to absolute vitriol from this stranger I had called on for his services. He continued to berate my property and me for another few minutes and then told me that he would not be able to help me with weed control and fertilization of my grass and palms. I have never been so insulted over something so simple as yard maintenance. I cannot imagine a pest control company or my car dealership treating anyone this way.
