They removed two very large trees from our neighbors yard which we understand was not an easy job. However, the damage they did to our driveway and yard was ridiculous. They used heavy equipment on the driveway leaving deep gouges. They left giant ruts in the ground throughout our yard destroying multiple beds and landscaping. They also used power from our house without asking permission. At some point, the police showed up because they were leaving the trees exactly where they had been instructed not to, in another neighbors yard and blocking yet another neighbor. I guess since they weren't from Nashville, they weren't too concerned with making a good impression.

At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.
