Unfortunately the pigmy date palms (3) were either diseased or stressed and began to look bad within a week or two of planting. Even with pretty of water, the fronds continued to brown and become brittle. I contacted Lisa at Plant Source and sent her pix of the trees. She recognized almost immediately that these were sick trees and volunteered to replace them within a week (at the busiest time of the year I might add). Lisa is a real professional who takes responsibility and acts with despatch. I am very pleased with my new trees and the excellent job the crew did in replacing the old trees.
