Unfortunately the pigmy date palms (3) were either diseased or stressed and began to look bad within a week or two of planting. Even with pretty of water, the fronds continued to brown and become brittle. I contacted Lisa at Plant Source and sent her pix of the trees. She recognized almost immediately that these were sick trees and volunteered to replace them within a week (at the busiest time of the year I might add). Lisa is a real professional who takes responsibility and acts with despatch. I am very pleased with my new trees and the excellent job the crew did in replacing the old trees. Lisa is the main reason why I will be a repeat customer for my future palm tree needs.

When I pointed this out , the problem was not properly addressed and rather than try to correct the weed overgrowth, they belatedly just sprayed the heavy weed growth , leaving it otherwise untouched, When I asked for weed removal the response was to discontinue both properties for future service This company is ok to use UNLESS you expect to have any complaints properly addressed

Unlike other companies that tried to give me "satellite guesstimates" or asked for my own measurements, Dennis came out in person and provided a precise estimate. His expertise was obvious, which made choosing them an easy decision. We booked the job for May, and communication leading up to it was excellent--Dennis kept me updated via text and answered all my questions. On the day of the install, the crew realized they needed different equipment and promptly returned the next day to get started. During the excavation, they discovered my irrigation system hadn't been installed deeply enough by the original contractor, resulting in a couple of broken pipes. This forced the crew to hand-dig the old grass out around the lines. Fortunately, Epic Horizons also handles irrigation, so they had everything needed to fix the lines on the spot. While they charged me for the pipe repairs, they didn't charge for the extensive extra labor required for the hand-digging, which I felt was very fair given it wasn't their fault the original lines were too shallow. Once the new sod was laid, they did an immaculate job cleaning up both my property and the street where their equipment had tracked mud. I typically wait to post reviews to see how a company handles post-job follow-up, and Epic Horizons didn't disappoint. When I reached out with questions about a few patches and a separate leak later on, Dennis was quick to respond and offer help. They handle unexpected issues incredibly well, and I highly recommend them. Oh: and our new lawn looks great!!!

He kept us informed every step of the way, takes pride in his company's work ( he delayed some of the planting because he said the nursery's inventory didn't meet his standards and was waiting for them to refresh their stock) and is very reasonably priced. Our neighbors comment on how beautiful the yard looks and how hard his staff works. The photo below doesn't really capture how good it looks!
