The confusion began because the irrigation map Adler provided was misleading, which directly caused me to believe a zone was still malfunctioning. Instead of listening, confirming the facts, or returning my call, they terminated service altogether -- using policy as a shield for their own error. What could have been solved in a five-minute conversation turned into a complete breakdown of professionalism. The tone of their response was arrogant, condescending, and entirely devoid of the respect a paying customer deserves. Businesses reveal their true character when something goes wrong. I couldn't find anyone who could come out right away, as one of the zones wasn't working and the grass was burning up. I found Ozorio on Nextdoor and he came out, reset the controller, adjusted the sprinkler heads, replaced one that wasn't working and added a new one on the zone that was not working. To do that he had to dig a trench so he could run a new line from an existing one. Our system is now working like clockwork. Ozorio is now our go to irrigation guy!
