We had to ultimately cancel because of timing conflicts with her school and I called them on her behalf to find out the process for a refund. Paul, one of the employees there l, answered the phone and immediately took offense to my asking for a refund. He went on to explain to me that "since I don't work there" I have no idea how difficult it was for them to apparently take her credit card info and nothing else and all the "expertise" this required, so I would have to pay $125 cancellation fee or they would "go out of business". All I did was call and ask about the cancellation process and he was completely unprofessional in his response. We went on to tell me to "smoke it in my pipe" and hung up on me after I called him out for his unwarranted and business unfriendly personality. Don't bother with this place unless you like being treated like dirt.

I don't normally leave any review(s) unless the business is providing a super extraordinary service…read moreand in this case, Letsgo2 has earned it! My review is long overdue as I've been using their service to and from LAX for my elderly Mom for more than 5 years at least. Noah and all his drivers not only are always on-time or earlier than the scheduled pick-up but also goes above and beyond and my Mom is very pleased with this sedan service ! Communication is seamless and there have been several occasions when I needed to change the pick up time and/or place the wrong address, but they have been able to accommodate this new change or my mistake (without getting upset)!! We are very fortunate to have come across this service and moved on from another shuttle company as again they are prompt, reliable and personable and easy to talk to! If anyone hesitant, please don't and just ask for Noah!!!

It's the day of my trip, they have my $230.00 for round trip service to the airport and the voice…read moremail box is full. I was supposed to get a phone call or email last night regarding my ride to the airport and I have not. Their online chat does not work either. I am pretty sure I am screwed out of my money and my ride. **UPDATE** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's worse than I thought. They literally called my screaming at me that they sent me an email, and they did not. They sent me a email after they yelled at me and said that they refunded my money and they did not (it's not pending in my bank account). They never once confirmed my ride, they only yelled at me for the yelp review and cancelled my ride. I am still texting with this person who has threatened to sue me for "misrepresentation" (that's not possible). He is now accusing me of trying to ruin his business and told me "God has a way of treating people who do things like you are." WTF? I just wanted a ride to the airport. I really don't need this drama. See my pictures. He admits to screaming and yelling at me.. Guess they are concerned about their reputation but not their customers.

I have not used a travel agent to plan a trip in decades (William Shatner has handled the majority…read moreof my bookings), but when it came to traveling to two countries I had never visited, a friend suggested Cathy Kroll as she had been to Ireland and Scotland (and apparently the rest of the globe) on several occasions. I thought I would receive some good hotel and tour recommendations, but what I received was much more valuable. At every hotel/B&B/Castle we stayed in we received upgrades (free breakfast/ larger rooms with 5-Star views/ complementary massages, etc...) that were worth at least $2,000 when added up (although it is hard to put a price on some of the views). Also to my surprise, our airfare was lower than what we had found using various travel websites. Cathy met with us several times before our trip to insure she had covered all of our needs and then tracked us during our travels to insure we were receiving all of the extra perks, and upon our return she inquired as to any changes we would suggest to the itinerary she suggested. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone planning a trip and will be using her on all future trips!!!
