I was so intimidated to not only call a tow truck but have to drive with them. The guy that picked me up instantly made me feel safe. He opened to the car door for me and we chatted the entire drive. The whole process was super easy. Super sweet guy and made me feel so comfortable. I didn't catch his name but he had shoulder length dirty blonde hair and facial hair. read more

Worst towing company ever. Kept postponing the arrival time to a total of 4hours before canceling on us and leaving us stranded. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Omar's Towings - Kept postponing before canceling after 4 hours of waiting - Towing Near Me

Driver is very rude, unsafe and aggressive driving. Would not recommend this company.

My car died on the 5 south and Omar scooped me up super quickly and efficiently. Great service!

Above and beyond fantastic service ... Omar immediately answered his phone and was available throughout the process, and his driver, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and prompt If we need the service again, I will be calling him direct read more

Absolute waste of time, ETA gets reassigned three times, then the job gets completely dropped by Omar's towing. Got one call from their driver stating he would be here in 20 min, an hour passes and nothing. Reviews below are very consistent. Beware, they love to reassign eta's and then completely drop the job. read more

Omar's Towings - Towing Near Me

One star is too much. Omar is super rude. Left my wife waiting on the roadside for 2 hours 40 minutes. Their shop was 8 miles from where she was sitting. He didn't care to even speak to me on the phone. Hung up on me and then left my van sitting on the side of the road. I would not recommend. Never use this company. read more

Horrible towing company. Never showed up. Waisted two hours waiting. Called and dispatch could have caredless if anyone's time.

Horrible service !!! My car was not dropped off at the location requested. They took 5 hours to pick up my vehicle and would not answer when I called the first 2 times. Talked to the driver and told him he was at the right location and refused to ask for the mecanic and dropped it on the street. read more

The worst service. They accepted a road side assistance request. Gave an estimate of 80min. I waited the 80 min and they extended another 80min. No one showed up and then they cancelled the job. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. The worst service experience or lack of service. read more

Albert provided excellent customer service for my car after needing to be towed from the city of Orange to North Hollywood. He was quick, efficient, and was funny to talk too during the long ride home. Definitely recommend this towing company if you ever need a tow! read more

Omar's Towings - Car - Towing Near Me

2nd time working with Albert with Omars Towing. Super friendly and professional guy. He made sure that my car that I very much charish was being taken care of. He also made sure he got the keys before he left because I forgot to give them to him which would of absolutely ruined my day. You can tell Albert is a great employee. I wish all the people I delt with were like him. Thanks Albert again for the help and care. read more

Today omars towing just before 2pm informed my wife they would be at her location to tow the car in 2 hours to a repair shop. 2.5 hours no Omar's towing she tried calling and the number went to mail box full. The insurance dispatcher could not get in contact with Omar's towing either. By the time another tow truck was able to arrive it was 6:30pm. Omar's towing left a woman in a industrial part of Placentia stranded alone at night. That is a horrible thing to do not show up and lie that they are on the way. I am in a wheelchair and can't drive. In case people are wondering why I did not get my wife. And when they say they will be there in 2 hours you tend to believe the person. My wife got home at 7:30pm and lives about 5 miles away from were the car broke down. read more

Albert was awesome. If you just need your car towed and don't want to deal with any BS call Omars Towing and ask for Albert. He will get it done. After multiple other companies were not able to tow my Alfa Romeo, he not only towed it quickly and easily, but was extremely professional from the moment he was assigned to my case. Other companies didn't update me at all whereas Albert called me twice to provide ETA updates before showing up exactly on time. PLUS when he got here he was just a cool dude as well. Gave me some good advice about my car, and had a cool conversation while he was hooking the car up. If (when) I need a tow again I'm not messing around with any other companies. I'm calling Omar's towing and Albert. read more

Worst towing experience I've ever had. They changed the ETA 3 times and never showed!

Omar was great. He communicated well until he arrived. Showed up on time and did the job. I'll use him again when needed.

We waited an hour and a half. They kept stringing us on. By the time they showed up, they couldn't tow it to the required location so they had to put it in their TOW yard overnight. read more

Omar saved the day when AAA let me down. Great service and Albert was an expert driver.

This tow company wasted my time. I was told the wait would be an hour max. When I called at the 1 hour mark to check the eta they said it would be another hour. I called my insurance company to let them know and the towing company claims my insurance cancelled the order. I sat several hours In the sun waiting for a tow that was never coming. read more

Horrible service not professional. They said they're arriving in two hours. They never called back. Answer the phone and they never showed up. I was baking in the sun for two hours in the parking lot waiting for them. They didn't have courtesy to pick up the phone. let me know if you're running late or not Ever use this company ever again horrible service read more

Terrible service. Kept postponing time had us stranded for 4+ hours just to end up canceling. Don't recommend this towing company.

I requested a tow for my all-wheel drive car because my son lost my key. Esteban was the driver. He was prompt, courteous, and sympathetic to the horrible day I was having. I don't know the name of the man who answered the phone when I called, but he was polite and informative. To try and shorten the story, I had a tow truck driver from another company but he became frustrated when he couldn't figure out how to get my car on the truck without the key. He told me to call another company, so I did. After hearing about my horrible day and the fact it was getting dark outside, Esteban was there to get my car in about 20 minutes. His estimated arrival was 60-90 minutes. I had such a positive experience with this company that I'm saving their info in my phone! read more

I had Omar's tow a classic car that I am having restored, and I could not be more pleased with the service. I was able to get an estimate and set everything up via text, and the driver Albert moved the car on his flatbed within a few hours. Omar's was also less expensive than the other quotes I got. Definitely will be using again. read more

Fast and amazing service absolutely recommend them for all your towing needs and the price are very fair

Horrible service, left us stranded for 5 hours, and cancelled service after wait. they are not reliabl.

worst experience i've ever had, i would never recommend this to anybody. We requested a toe truck and the driver kept postponing. We waited a total of 6 hours just for them to cancel at the end of it all. fuck this company and its horrible customer service. read more

Albert was very helpful, responsive, and patient. I really appreciated his help. Thank you.
