He was able to came out the next day and take a look. Jack went above and beyond walking me through all of the possible issues that could be affecting my toilet. He even gave me some suggestions on things that I could try myself to fix the issue. When I still couldn't get it working, he was able to quickly schedule time to come out to have the work done. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He took the time and care to make sure that my toilet wasn't damaged. He was even able to replace some bathroom fixtures that we were also having trouble with. His rates were also very reasonable. I will be calling Jack again for any work that we need done around our house.

He removed 40 year old wallpaper that I tried to do on my own for 15+ hours with little success. He then painted my kitchen to perfection. After that job, I called him to do major sheetrock repair and painting on short notice. He finished the job in one afternoon even though it was a 2-3 day job (I needed it done immediately as the house was going on the market the next morning). Once again, the job was done perfectly.
