Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

The provider appeared ill-informed--or unwilling to engage--in managing pain for these populations, despite CT and MRI imaging clearly confirming bulging discs and pinched nerve. Pain management was extremely limited: only five days of pain medication were provided, followed by a follow-up appointment scheduled 14 days later, leaving no plan in place to manage pain in the interim. The injection appointment itself was horrific. The provider did not use the medication specifically recommended by the neurologist for EDS patients. Additionally, my support person was initially not allowed in the exam room, despite clear instructions related to my child's POTS. Those instructions were not followed by the medical team, and I subsequently passed out. Rather than providing appropriate care once my child lost consciousness, staff discussed calling EMTs instead. They ultimately left the appointment with another 14-day follow-up scheduled and still no effective pain management plan in place. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unsafe. Patients with complex or chronic conditions deserve informed, coordinated, and compassionate care--this office did not provide that.

I just had my knee replaced after two surgeons I went to said this Provider took my money for a procedure that would not and could not possibly work when I needed a new knee and that cartilage cannot be grown back as I was informed! The current bill totals $3,122.04 for a procedure on 4/11/24 which they state I owe $1,388.93. I paid in full cash (AMEX) of $2,500. If one can do the math, that leaves only $622.04; however they cash charged me and I paid in full! The office manager said last summer in a phone call (as I moved across the country) that she would take care of this when their billing company (who comes up as spam) couldn't process my account correctly! Now I am being harassed to pay nearly double because after cash pay they submitted illegally to insurance! DO NOT GO to this office! The procedure I had done was a scam, and they have illegally hunted me down across the country to continue paying monies I do not owe!

I've had about 4 procedures done with her and I have to say she and this office are the most efficient doctor's office I have ever been to. I show up ahead of time for my scheduled appointment and the office staff is already calling me back at the time of my scheduled appointment. That is unheard of. You are usually waiting for about 30 minutes to an hour before you even see the doctor, after your scheduled appointment time. WOW! What a difference. Each appointment and procedure went off without a hitch. She communicates very well and was very knowledgeable about my pain, where it was radiating, and what procedures would be best to help me find the maximum comfort for all my diagnoses. The facility is clean, all the nurses are kinda, the only thing we had an issue with every time was finding a deep and big enough vein for my IV. Each time they had to call the big dog RN nurse, to place my IV. Sorry everyone, my veins stink lol! Other than that, things really did go well. Each procedure was a bit painful because I was awake but it was bearable. I am about 2 months post-op from my last procedure and things are still healing. The pain has definitely gotten better, it takes a while to heal, but I am optimistic that things will continue on the up and up. Thank you for being so attentive and treating me like family. Not once did I ever feel like just another patient, just another number through the door. Excited for my follow-up after the beginning of the year to see how things are healing. I will continue to see Dr. Goel as long as needed! Thank you for all that you do!

It's very clear that Dr. Goel is ONLY about money, not the care of her patients. I needed a procedure and needed time to come up with the money (since she refuses to allow payments), so when I finally had the money, I called to schedule and they wanted me to come back for ANOTHER consultation (so we are stating over even though NOTHING has changed), and at that, it would be 2 weeks before I could even get that new consultation. What a waste of my time, but hey, she'd be able to collect on another visit! Overall - very dry, sterile environment and I would not recommend.

I went to NY after living in another state and being fairly stable on pain meds and epidurals…read more This doc, despite having years of my records, cut my pain meds by more than half. Then he spent a lot of time convincing me to have a spinal stim and epidurals and nerve ablations. Blah blah blah. I was mostly stable already and didn't want all this but felt pressured to agree. I got scheduled to get the stim and epidurals I later canceled except for the cervical epidural. His Epidurals are done in an assembly line fashion 2-3 days a week in two sterile rooms in the office. He would just do one and run back and forth between rooms I can't remember if it was two or three rooms and if it was 2 or 3 days per week that he did procedures. Just trying to be honest. The day I got the epidural, apparently his nurse or nurse anesthetist wasn't fast enough for him so he placed the UV himself, missing the vein and causing a painful bruise on the back of my hand. I don't know why he did it there. I don't think I was in there for 20 mins and it was over. That's not unusual. Just the quickness of the assembly line. Of course, the epidural did nothing for me. I've had 6 cervical epidurals and only one worked. I had 6 sweet months of relief. But not from this guy. I moved out of the area and didn't go back after the next follow up. This doctor is obviously in it for the money only. He had terrible bedside manner and was pushing expensive, ineffective treatments I cannot recommend him. His staff was friendly. That's the only good thing.
