You will not find a more compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled physician. Dr. Simon takes the time to be thorough and I've never left the office feeling dissatisfied. I've experienced slightly longer wait times than typical offices however the wait is worth the care. My husband has always been amazed at how empathetic and caring the doctors are. The office is beautifully decorated, very clean and they offer on site lab work, acupuncture and weight loss assistance. The nurses are friendly and compassionate. My only concern will be the day, far into the future I hope, that Dr. Simon retires.

Now they are both gone. For crying out loud, does that door ever stop swinging? Now I am seeing Dr Murphy. My husband was seeing her. Now he retired and switched insurances to AmBetter and not 1 Dr in that office accepts that insurance. Now he has to find another Dr. This is getting to be something else.

I had told him twice that my chronic…read moredepression was an issue for me and that I didn't think the medication I was taking was helping because I noticed an steady increase in worsening symptoms. Eventually, I asked him if he could recommend a psychiatrist for me because I wanted to see a specialist. Doctor Stokes then proceeded to explain to me what a psychologist is vs a psychiatrist (something I already knew) and then sent me on my way with a recommendation for neither. Shortly after, I had an incident that almost hospitalized me and had to be enrolled in an Intensive Outpatient Program with Summa Mental Health. When they pulled my records, the only notation that Doctor Stokes had written about my depression was at the very bottom and said, "My have mild depression."

She doesn't have any concern with diagnosing your condition so you can figure out how to treat it…read more She merely asks questions to note it all in your chart,... and that's it. Her main goal seems to be to push vaccinations and other unnecessary procedures on you. That felt extremely uncomfortable. When she found out I'd seen another doctor she took away my prescription I'd gotten through her, even though it wasn't a painkiller or anything like that. I hope other patients don't have the same experience but I fear they do. The extra star is because she at least made a pretense of listening during the appointment, unlike many other physicians.
