Finally, the hostess had an attitude and seemed annoyed whenever customers arrived. If we're supposed to wait outside or at the entrance to be greeted, maybe management should put up a sign saying so instead of having an attitude with potential customers. My advice for other visitors is to save your money and check out one of Chicago's many other amazing bars/speakeasies.
