I have both positive and negative thoughts. It's a safe, quiet apartment complex that doesn't have that "apartment " feel. For the most part everyone is quiet and friendly and there isn't any drama. But recently the building sent out emails about what was and was not acceptable on your balcony. Dead plants, toys, bikes, etc were listed. Our balcony is always clean and presentable. We get a letter on our door saying we had to remove our lights. Seriously!? We then emailed back that all apartments allow lights on your balcony. They replied back that ANY COLOR of lights were acceptable as long as they weren't seasonal but Christmas lights had to come down. Huh? Our lights were all different colors and not "traditional " Christmas lights. So you're telling me that if we hadn't had them up around Christmas time and put them up AFTER that it would have been ok. Makes absolutely no sense. The contract has nothing about lights. The emails they sent out had NOTHING about lights. It's like they make the rules up as they go. They also nitpick people that have their small children's bikes on their balcony. We never have anything like that on ours but some people do and as long as it doesn't look trashy I don't see the problem. So do I recommend living here? They are nice apartments and quiet and not much drama BUT they ride around on their golf carts all the time trying to find a reason to fine people. Way over the top imo. Where do I start... No updates have been done in the 2 years I have been here!! I truly thought it would get better!! From the flooding in my front door that has never been fixed.. the wood is rotted and the fake wood floor floats because the glue gets so wet!! The trash landscaping that is always messed up with no grass... The fee you pay for pest control is a joke. I have wasps all around my home, the ants that cover the clothes in my closet. No preventative maintenance is done. Let's talk about the DOG $hi* it's EVERYWHERE.. NO one picks it up.. when you call in regards to the dog $hi*- the front ask you to take a picture & video of the person & the dog-who is going to do that???? The pools are always down for maintenance during the busy summer time- "waiting for a part" The GATE never is closed in the evening.. always broken!! When it is close, people lined up outside of it because no one uses the app properly so you get followed in the gate- not really safe if you're asking me. The gym equipment is always down!! if I could give it zero stars, I would. The front desk, WOW- it's a joke! I won't put their names out there but the amount of times that I've had to deal with them. No one knows what the next person is doing. I won't get into complete detail as to why, but there's never any true compassion when you have a concern about your own unit. This is the worst experience with an apartment i've ever had. To make a long story short we had flooding issues due to a severe thunderstorm, it caused water to penetrate our carpets,front and patio door. The apartment said they would get it fixed and didn't then went to charge us for the damage after moving out saying we had "no proof" here's the proof. read more

To call these "luxury apartments" is a joke. The tenants in building 4 & 5 get the "luxury" of smelling the dumpster every time you step out of your apartment or get out of your parked car. It's nasty. To call it a gated community is also a joke. That gate would be broken for weeks at a time. I'd vote for pro-rated rent for every night the gate doesn't close. Expect to be "nickel'd & dime'd" for every sort of fee they can think of. Do not expect to get that $250 "deposit" back. No matter how clean you leave your place, they're gonna come up some BS fees to eat that up and send you an unexpected bill after you move out. Not at all happy with my two year experience with this complex. I'd recommend you find somewhere else. seriously, don't fall for it. This place is a dump. read more

My wife and I have lived here since the day this complex was opened. The people in charge of leasing, the landscaping, and the maintenance crew are all excellent. The security is top notch. Olympus is not cheap but you really get a first class place to live. The pool rivals many resort pools and has, cooking facilities, covered areas and are always pristine. There is also a weight room, party room, and computer room. We are very pleased. read more

This place is marketed as a luxury apartment... it is not. At least one of the machines in the gym usually always down, people here don't pick up after their dogs, the landscaping is "always going to get fixed" especially in the middle where it is always flooded and muddy or just plain dirt. It's definitely just a place to rent until you can buy. The grills are constantly out of gas!!! How hard is it to change out the tanks before the weekend! It's pretty frustrating. read more

I have lived at the apartment complex for over 2 1/2 years while waiting to find property and build my own home. It was not good at all with previous owners horrible management . But Kathy and her staff are outstanding !!!! , they fixed up the property and all amenities including the office and recreation rooms . They are always nice and respond to maintenance and greet you like you are family. Stacy and front staff are simply the best. The whole property is kept up beautifully. Annette L. read more

Overall very happy living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds, gym, recreation areas and pools are maintained well. When I do request maintenance on my apartment Taylor usually takes care of the issue the same day. The apartment has two dog parks and several cans throughout the grounds to dispose of your dogs business. My neighbors are friendly which is also a plus. read more

AMAZING!!!!! This is by far the best option in the area. I shopped for months and months comparing prices, value and amenities. Olympus won my business and has continued to earn it with their great customer service. I have been here nearly a year and will definitely renew my lease. read more
