The staff is always friendly and the gym is pretty clean. They never run out of wipes, which is appreciated in our current environment, and have them spread all around the gym. There's a huge exercise room for classes, although I have yet to take a class here, and also a nice size training room. The gym isn't that big, so it was surprising when I saw how much they packed inside. I think you get your moneys worth with a membership here. Depending on the time of day, parking can get a little crowded, but even if you can't park directly in front of the building, there's plenty of parking nearby. The location is great too, just off Gilead Rd, near Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. I've been very happy here. There are just a few machines that aren't available that I wish they had. But like I said, they are regularly updating and swapping out equipment, so maybe I just need to inquire about what I'm interested in.

I've been using this Anytime Fitness location for over a year now. From cardio machines to weight…read morelifting and an exercise/yoga studio, you can pretty much find everything you need to get in a good work out. It's not a super large gym, perhaps like some others in the area. However, it is a really good size and you never really have to wait for machines or equipment. It seems that they try to keep the equipment up-to-date and every now and then you will see some new/updated equipment on the floor for use. It's also not crowded (usually the regular 1-3 people are there), at least during the super early morning time, when I go. If you go later in the morning, there are a lot more people there and it can become a little crowded. Either way, it's always your average, typical gym folks there that are considerate of others, never any grunters or ones that make you feel out of place when working out. This Anytime Fitness is located in a shopping center with a variety of establishments such as Walgreens, Starbucks, FedEx, and many other eateries and stores. So it is a great location with plenty of parking and things around which may be needed before or after a workout. The owner, manager and trainers are very nice and helpful when needed. If you live in the area, definitely try out this Anytime Fitness for your workouts.

The outdoor splash park is great for kids but the lifeguards on duty need to take their job more serious seeing as there are littles everywhere in the water. 2 lifeguards kept flirting and talking about personal things like parties after work and how the guy wanted to see the girl lifeguard go up the slide so she can have fun. I have been on this app for a long time so you will just have to trust me, and if you do trust me, then I can tell you that this is a 4.77-star gym, which we will round up to a 5. First let's hit the positives. This is a big gym. If you like big gyms, you're in the right place. And you're going to get a great workout. Unless I have to get back to work, I usually work out for about 1 hr and 15 minutes. If I need to get back to work, about 15-30 minutes but intensity way up (shorter time = higher intensity). If you want Smith machines, you will find heaven. The big 'negative' is that it's no racks but the Smith machines and free weights will get the job done. If you go at an off-peak time, you will have plenty of room for free weights. If it's lunch or dinner, good luck! They have two Pec Decks and one is the best Pec Deck I have ever experienced. It controls the correct motion/for for you. I feel a superb burn after using that mfer! You also get a bunch of universal machines with cables, an ab workout room, and more cardio equipment than you would find in a training facility for Ultra Marathoners in Argentina. Stairclimbers--I like the stairclimbers but they don't have as many hang-on-for-dear-life areas as AF did. But that can be a good thing. I don't recommend using the one closest to the rail/front door because people walk through that little crevice and it's awkward--it's always going to be awkward when you drip sweat on a stranger. Well .... most of the time. The staff is great. Always working and friendly. Don't listen to the Karens and Chads. For the record, I have never had a problem with any Karens but have yet to meet a Chad I like. The bathrooms are okay. Only two urinals and two stalls. This doesn't seem to be enough for the amount of traffic they get but we survive. Overall, I highly recommend this gym. Keep in mind, they charge your debit card, not your credit card. Also, side note to the dudes in the gym--the other dudes there aren't your competition; they are there for the same exact reasons as you. You're competing against yourself (if you want to be happy and have a sustainable fitness lifestyle).
