The staff is always friendly and the gym is pretty clean. They never run out of wipes, which is appreciated in our current environment, and have them spread all around the gym. There's a huge exercise room for classes, although I have yet to take a class here, and also a nice size training room. The gym isn't that big, so it was surprising when I saw how much they packed inside. I think you get your moneys worth with a membership here. Depending on the time of day, parking can get a little crowded, but even if you can't park directly in front of the building, there's plenty of parking nearby. The location is great too, just off Gilead Rd, near Starbucks, Walgreens, etc. I've been very happy here. There are just a few machines that aren't available that I wish they had. But like I said, they are regularly updating and swapping out equipment, so maybe I just need to inquire about what I'm interested in.

It's not a super large gym, perhaps like some others in the area. However, it is a really good size and you never really have to wait for machines or equipment. It seems that they try to keep the equipment up-to-date and every now and then you will see some new/updated equipment on the floor for use. It's also not crowded (usually the regular 1-3 people are there), at least during the super early morning time, when I go. If you go later in the morning, there are a lot more people there and it can become a little crowded. Either way, it's always your average, typical gym folks there that are considerate of others, never any grunters or ones that make you feel out of place when working out. This Anytime Fitness is located in a shopping center with a variety of establishments such as Walgreens, Starbucks, FedEx, and many other eateries and stores. So it is a great location with plenty of parking and things around which may be needed before or after a workout. The owner, manager and trainers are very nice and helpful when needed. If you live in the area, definitely try out this Anytime Fitness for your workouts.

Today all the fans were off and it was 85 degrees in the gym.. this is gross and unsafe. ( I almost passed out while on treadmill due to heat). I asked staff why the fans were not on and they admitted they turned them off. ? ? This place has had poor air conditioning for months it seems over the fall-- I complained several times to manager that the gym seemed overly hot and he shrugged his shoulders. This place gets more expensive every year and seems less and less is provided to its paying customers each year-- including air conditioning!

Inside, the facility was clean and organized with a solid variety of obstacles for the kids -- and even adults -- to enjoy. Everything felt safe, and it ended up being a great workout for the whole family! The staff was friendly and informative from the moment we walked in. Signing waivers was easy with multiple desktops available, and there were snacks for sale and a comfortable sitting area for parents to relax and watch. I also really appreciated the clean restrooms -- especially that they had a changing table, which made things much easier with my 7-month-old. I want to give a shout-out to a young girl on staff who was so sweet and attentive to my daughter. She helped supervise the kids and made sure they were having fun and staying safe. Unfortunately, the team doesn't wear name tags and I didn't think to ask for her name, but she stood out! Two male team members also stepped in to help my husband with quick demonstrations and explained how to complete certain obstacles -- which was super helpful. My only small critique would be the limited space for the 1-3-year-old area. It seemed more suitable for children 1 and under. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The camps are 45 minutes of strength, HIIT, cardio - there is a different focus daily. Trainers always offer modifications to exercises so it accommodates all levels. I changed my eating habits and stuck to BURN/the trainers instruction ... 20 pounds quickly melted off. I started to build muscle and fell in love with BURN. The other members are encouraging and I have made some great friends. If you really want to change your life, give BURN 6 months like I did. Ps I just resigned for a year.
