They care for patients as if they were one of their own family members. The medical team, Nurse Tricia, Dr Dolin and Seely are a powerhouse team. Your family members are not just another number to them. The group facilitators, Chris H, Jackson, Will G and Kailie, they are well loved by the patients. They get the job done. Once I got promoted my pay rate stayed the same and never got changed but he kept adding more and more tasks to my job even if it didn't fall under my job title. But any non African American person that works for the company got compensated very well. He is impossible to work with and if you are not white, he will make you feel less than. Those who knew me, knows I went above and beyond for this job and knows the treatment I endured here. I have seen him break down an employee to where she was in tears and almost relapsed after being in recovery for 20 plus years. He loves to throw around "I'm the CEO" title and loves to throw "I sign your paycheck" around too. He is a very disgusting person and his mother should be ashamed of the person she created and raised.. So in other words, if you're looking to have your loved one or even yourself come for treatment, this is a wonderful place to be.
