I have a brain tumor so this could be a possibility. I finally asked if this phone call was my "meeting". He basically told me since I have less than a million invested with them they weren't interested in talking to me in person. When he realized I had other investments they might snag he got a little more interested. Is it too much to ask to spare an existing customer 30 minutes?
