I came to leave a review because of the horrible experience I'm having with them and I am so…read moredevastated to see how many negative reviews they have and now it makes so much sense! I literally have been doing everything I'm supposed to do, followed up properly called in advance to ensure that my next year's rate would be applied as they told me to, I speak to someone who confirms everything is good to go, then I discover they screw it up, Charged me 3 times as much as agreed for 5 months in a row, I called to contest this and spend hours wasted, they offer me a credit for the past mistake differentials and then 3 free payrolls to make up for the mistake and hassle, then they don't honor their word and despite the fact that they gave me a credit for the overpayment charged me again for the next payroll without applying that credit, much less honoring the free payroll promised for 3 month, and then had multiple different people tell me different things, even though I have it in writing from the first person what I was promised would happen. So it is nice to see I'm not alone here they need to get their shit together. Unethical and Horrible service!!! As business owners, we need partners that can support us not drain our time and energy, addressing their mistakes and trying to hold them accountable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took months to fix after multiple hours spent with calls and emails on my part assuring me it was fixed and then it wasn't. After I closed our account and moved to ADP, they reported 1st quarter earnings in a year we were not their client. Again doubling income for tax reporting. They corrected that and then billed us for all of this! Months of them saying we don't owe this bill and it will be fixed and me calling to check and it not being fixed and then they assure me it's fixed now. we just got sent to collections.

Tax season and filing for taxes is always a high stress level adult situation. I've been going to…read morethis place for about 4 years since I've started paying taxes, and being a tax-naive person I still haven't gotten the hang of taxes but this place has always been helpful. The accounts and tax filers that I've had the pleasure of meeting are always kind, and warm, and very patient. They're open to answering all of my silly questions, and they explain everything so thoroughly. I always have a pleasant experience here. Unfortunately they're only open during tax season. One thing I've gotten somewhat used to but still it lingers in my mind is the office space. Dealing with financials, and numbers like social security and income/checking accounts is a private and personal matter I think for anyone. The cubicles are a little too open, and there's a little echo I think (or I'm paranoid) and I feel like other people can hear me and what my person are saying. But like I said I think I've grown accustomed to it. Plus I have a soft voice.

Be careful with the employee Kathleen Finck. I don't fill the taxes with all the information I take…read moreto pay my taxes and that's why I create a debt in the IRS. I contacted the company so that they could give me a solution, since the policies they offer customers are that if an error of your employee occurs after we pay the debt to the IRS, then they pay it to you and I have been waiting for a long time for a response and they are only ignoring me. Be careful with those who do not comply with your policies. I paid 200 dollars for my taxes to fill me badly. On top of that, I had to pay $3,041 to the IRS for his mistake.
