The customer service at the pay window was the ignorant and rude. On Thursdays they offer skate lessons prior to being open to the publi. I called because I was running behind and I was taking my 4yr old to the lesson but could possibly be 5 minutes late. We arrived 3 minutes late and the door was locked and the lady at the window as she was laughing at my child for crying because we couldn't go in started giving me a lecture that I should have been there earlier. It didn't bother m that we were locked out it was the fact that she was laughing at my child. read more

This used to be me and my friends favorite place to hangout and walk around with friends because there is no other good places. But ever since the rules change none of us want to go because we can't walk around and we don't skate we liked sitting there or walking around with our friends talking. If it was possible to give a 0/5 I would. We had my son's birthday party there and can easily say that we'll never be back after our experience. The guy in charge of collecting presents as guests arrived was to busy chatting with one of the party guys and randomly roaming around to do his job. We called over a week in advance with some simple questions about the party and were told by the staff member who answered the phone that they didn't know the answer and a manager would call us back. The manager never called us. The guy in charge of the skate rink was extremely unprofessional and was to busy playing the video games instead of watching the rink. One of the members from the party fell and broke his ankle while skating and the guy in charge of the rink came over and immediately started telling him "you didn't break it but it looks really really bad" another staff member came over to see how he could help and asked if we needed an ambulance. He said he would go call one for us and left. HE NEVER CALLED THE AMBULANCE! We ended up having to call the ambulance ourselves after the member of our group laid on the floor for a half hour waiting for the one that was never called by the staff member. The company should probably invest in wrist and ankle splints for when injuries do occur for both adults and kids. Non of the staff seemed to have a clue what basic first aid was. When the staffed was addressed of the issue at the front desk the two staff members proceeded to argue with us and give us excuses as to why the ambulance was never called when requested. Luke our party host and the young lady working in the play house were the only courteous staff members we encountered the entire time we were there. Other than those two staff members the only positive thing I can say is that its very clean. You surprisingly don't smell feet as soon as you walk through the door. read more

Was a week late for birthday hearing about this place. It is awesome, get the ultimate and you don't have to worry about how ofter kids do what. Staff is extremely friendly, food is affordable, the lazer tag is good even for little ones, nice rink, play area kept my 9 yo entertained for hours. 4 hours here and kids never got bored. read more

I have been skating here for 3 years now. I have made many friends with kids from all around the area. And even with the staff and owners. I would definetly recommend this skating center for birthdays or even just to come skate and hangout. Take it from me the people and staff here are good, honest working people. read more

Just a great day out with your kids especially on a rainy day. The staff is courteous and there is a ton to do. From Pokey's Playhouse and laser tag to video games and skating, it's a fun place for the kids. The food here is surprisingly good and includes pizza, hot dogs, nachos and a lot more. Kids can earn tickets by playing the games then have fun cashing them in for little prizes or candy and the end of the fun. We are lucky to have this place in Mercer county, PA. read more

Joe Smith the owner was rude, pompous and arrogant. He does not understand how to treat customers with respect nor how to deal with children who have disagreements. He singled out my daughter on two situations on hear-say from other kids without any discipline or balance to address both sides of a story by children. My daughter is 4 and is African American and was singled out by Joe and his staff. I would recommend going someplace else to spend your money where the owner and staff are more customer focused and not rude. read more

Friendly staff and lots of activities for the kids. Very clean and well maintained. We were there on a Thursday and you can't beat the price for the family pack that includes 3 "ultimate" wrist bands, a large pizza, and a pitcher of drink (see their website). The night we were there it wasn't very busy but there were enough other kids to make the climbing tube thing and laser tag fun. The roller rink never got crowded but we were never alone either. One awesome add on are roller skating "helpers" that kids learning to skate can hang on to like walkers. My 5 year old used it for about 30 minutes and then didn't need it the rest of the night. Yes, it was an extra $5, but it gave her the confidence she needed to go it alone. Do note, if your kids are crazy into video game machines or other machine games, you can drop a bundle fast. If your kids would rather skate, rock climb, or laser tag, it's a cheap night out. read more

I have been here many times and enjoyed myself even though for a big event you have to stand in line for several hours. The last time I TRIED to go was for the Lock-in on Saturday night, I have been to several of these and learned if you aren't there by 8 the line starts to wrap around the building, so my friend and I got there about 8pm like I always do and there were already a few 9-10year olds there. About 15 mins later the Owner (this is my first and only experience with him) comes out and starts yelling at us for being there too early. None of us really said anything other than we were just waiting. After yelling for a few minutes about how inconsiderate we all were by being so early he told us we may as well save ourselves the $20 each because he gets to decide who gets in and who doesn't and he would just kick us out if he sees us in there. This made me mad and as my friend and I were walking to get in my vehicle I heard him yelling at these 9 or 10 year olds more telling them to call their f****** parents to come get them. This is now way to treat your customers or children in general. I will never go back. Oh, I forgot to mention a group of his children's friends were there too and didn't get yelled at at all. read more
