He appeared to be of put because i asked, and very rudely reiterated 2X's that my 5 yr old was the only child permitted to use it but the other kids that the other children bowling with her (7 and 11 yr olds) WERE NOT permitted to use the modification. I see no reason for that at all. We will never bowl here or recommend this place to our worst enemies. You would think that a business owner would put on a happy place for his clients, despite his mood. We prefer Westside Bowl in Youngstown, where the staff and owners are friendly and gracious, and treat people with respect. It was also over DOUBLE the price that I pay at Westside bowl, where the food and atmosphere are WAY better. Shame on him. It's easy to see why the place was mostly empty on Saturday.
