What an excellent company. I called, left a voicemail, and they showed up the next day and gave an…read moreestimate which was $100 cheaper than another local company. I asked when they could fix my leaky roof, and they said when I am ready. They sent a crew over the next day. Very responsive, not overpriced, and they stand by their work. A little more back story: I originally called another company. They did not show up to do the repair. Called them again, and they still did not show up to the repair. I actually called a third time, and they never showed up. Meanwhile, for 6 weeks I have water coming through my ceiling! Do yourself a favor, and call Palmer Roofing.

A few years ago, I had Palmers do a 50-year roof on my home. Great material, good bid, but some…read moreinstallation issues - the jibber-jabber crew paid more attention to the mariachi noise coming out of their boom box than the quality of their work. The ridge vent, which was not needed, was cut free-hand rather than striking a line to follow, consequently the opening was cut too wide in places, which meant the staples on some of the capping pieces didn't have anything but air to go into and so some didn't form to the roofline. On the bright side, when I called Palmers about this, it was immediately addressed with adhesive between the caps, but this shouldn't have been necessary, and the staples are still in nothing but air. Also, the crew removed some facia pieces and didn't replace them - I did. So, from my experience, I would say that Palmers is a good contractor but should train their crews better - just because something is out of sight doesn't mean it's not important to do a good and correct job.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'll attach photos of the owners "explanation" of our…read moredissatisfaction with his company. My response is below. --------------------------------- We signed it after you called us liars while standing in our kitchen to get you and your company out of our home. We paid every cent owed by contract. Your contract didn't include your employment of drug addicts who left their broke down vehicle in our driveway with drugs and needles, pipes, etc visible and accessible. It also didn't include said crew members throwing material off our roof onto my 4 month old car, but that happened, too. I never said I was going to leave bad reviews everywhere. But I did leave an honest review. It was pretty tame considering I spared the details. You can try and explain it away all you want. The fact is you stood in our driveway and agreed to split the difference of what your insurance company shorted us to fix my car that your workers damaged. It was absolutely zero fault of ours, we weren't even in the State of Washington when it occurred. You even went so far as to tell us you thought we were lying about the damage because your workers denied it. After they told me they, "Threw the old siding off the roof", where my car was parked. So if you want to call that an unrelated matter, that's on you. It is related. The car I owned for 4 months wouldn't need body work if your workers weren't careless. Us offering to split the difference seemed generous to me. We didn't cause the damage, but we were willing to step up and help because it wasn't intentional. You agreed, but then put your lack of integrity and customer service front and center by calling me "deceptive" and that you "didn't understand". What's deceptive is lying to your clients who put up with a lot of unprofessional and unsatisfactory exchanges but continued to give your business the benefit of the doubt. Our only mistake was hiring your company to do this job. And anyone else who hires your company is in for a hell of a ride. FYI to potential customers - When they go through the contract and refer to "their crew" and "their guys" that isn't what you're getting. They don't have permanently employed crew members who consistently turn out quality work. They brought in THREE separate crews, two of which we were told were "their best, top quality", who failed to adhere to CoK code and provided subpar results. We had to get the City involved to force the company to install the product to manufacturer and City specs. They'll tell you they've never done it that way before, which I completely believe, but that doesn't mean it's correct. They were short on material and had a crew member, and then the owner, ask us if we would accept the incorrect size siding on the backside of the house. Unacceptable. This could go on and on. 6 months worth of issues. The entire time we worked with you guys and tried to reach the finish line as happy clients. Things happen, I get it. But the amount of things and the frequency was out of control. I'd imagine you're going to delete this and block me. That's in line with your transparency and integrity. I look forward to receiving our copy of the contract.
