Went to wash through automated car wash, didn't take my card. Happen to have a roll of quarters with me. Used self wash. Sprayers had no cork or rubber end. Told two different people and the oldest who I assume is part management just said get some wax and buff it to out! Didn't offer refund didn't care. Second person I showed just shrugged and walked away. Do not care about customers. I will never be back! read more

Went to clean our car and when cleaning out the trash and other goodies from around the car seat (we have a toddler so IYKYK) we were approached by someone who works there and were told we couldn't dump our trash there (and no it wasn't like trash bags of things it was just some car trash). To me the point of a car wash is to clean the inside and outside of the car, but be aware I guess you aren't allowed to do that at this car wash. read more

I have been using this car wash for years and really like it but today was a completely different story. I parked my car in one of the stalls and realized I only had 1.50 in quarters (to start the wash is 3.00 dollars) I usually need more time then it allows with the three dollars so I wanted to get a few extra and needed a dollar to use the vacuum. I walked over to the bill changing machine to get more quarters, I literally was on dollar four and this man came around the corner who was on his cell phone with an Olympic car wash shirt on and very aggressively asked me "how many dollars was I planning on putting in there"? I responded with "as many as I need to wash my car". He then said some thing about people putting 20 or $50 in the machine to get quarters. I don't know what he was referring to because I only had dollar bills in my hand and literally had only gotten four dollars out of the machine so far. Feeling awkward I told him I can wash my car somewhere else if he would like. He said no that's fine and walked off. I was then not feeling good about staying there so I went and got my car and drove up to the little office so I could give him his quarters back and get my dollar bills and go somewhere else. In the meantime there were more people getting quarters out of the bill changing machine and I asked him if he wanted to go harass those people. He said he was not harassing me and that's not what he meant but I was wondering why I was singled out for getting quarters at a car wash. I did not feel comfortable I left the office got in my car he came out of the office with his finger up trying to talk to me again and I left without speaking with him further. Not a comfortable situation and I'm still confused why I couldn't get quarters from the changing machine. I do understand that people abuse the quarter machine they probably get quarters and go to the laundry mat or whatever it may be but clearly that was not my intention I was just trying to wash my car. read more

Came here for a car wash but the reviews about this place seemed sketch. My car was caked with mud, one of the employees came out and advised me to do the self wash. However, this was after I had paid for the automatic wash. He ended up washing my car for me in the self wash free of charge. Not only is the service great here, but this car wash place has the capability to get 20 cars washed at the self wash and 4 at the automatic wash at the same time! read more

This is a self serve carwash. The power sprayers are pretty good and you can actually pay with a credit/debit card instead of cash. The brushes are in good shape and what I love about this place is that they have a blower to dry your car. When you go around the back you can pay a dollar and get it done. Their vacuums are good too. If you are looking for an automatic wash they have a couple of those too. This place gets packed out on the weekends and it is located on a very busy intersection. So use caution coming out of this place. read more

$12 ultimate wash and the truck is still dirty and covered in bugs. Don't waste your money here.

It's hit and miss on the amount of soap they dispense. I made a complaint one time to the guy working there and he said it's all the owner will allow them to dispense. Sad. . read more

By far the worst place to ever get your car wash. NOT worth any stars. The guys that are supposed to help you pay for your wash ripped the money out of my hands and never said a word to me. The worst part was the guy guiding you onto the track not paying attention so I went to go get onto the track and when I did he started to scream and cuss at me. NEVER EVER GO HERE. I want to start out by saying I normally wash my car myself, however: I recently moved and have a limited number of car wash supplies. When I realized I didn't have any good towels or a chamois, I decided to finish up and get a spot free rinse at Olympic Car Wash. I arrived to find out my car (MINI Cooper that has been lowered 1.5") would not fit in the auto wash. A man was there that seemed like the owner came over and told me this. I told him I would have to leave then because I didn't have any cash for the self wash stations. To my surprise, he offered to let me rinse my car off briefly and use the chamois he had in his truck!! Like I said before, I usually wash my car myself, but in the future, if I have need for a car wash, I will use this one and never give it a second thought! My first time was my last time. I drove up to the automatic wash to a man who directed me to a lane. He then proceeded to stand directly next to the pay station, which was right beside my driver side door. I waited until he left to pay because that's just awkward. What I did not appreciate was that I couldn't see a thing as I was pulling into the wash so I had no idea when to stop or where I was. This is why there's a tire guard for you to drive into. The sign never told me when to stop once inside the wash. I guessed. Once done you have the option to pay another dollar to have your car dried with the jet driers. Really?! I was going to do this, but it only took cash. I ended up paying $9 for water and bubbles. I think I'll just make the drive to Shawnee to my favorite car wash next time. This place is definitely not worth the money! read more

Very reasonable prices and the machines always work well. I have only been to the Olathe location (I think they have another location in Shawnee or Lenexa) but it is reliable and the washes themselves are great - I do manual self serve bay normally but sometimes use the brushless automatic drive thru. Can use debit cards which is nice. Highly Recommended. read more

I agree with a lot of these other reviews. This car wash is average at best. I paid $10 for many services that I feel they lacked. I could post a video of before and after the wash but it doesn't look much different so it's not worth posting. Definitely not worth the money. read more

Don't go here if you want to be able to wash your car without the (staff/may have been the owner) harassing you for "taking too long in their lanes" when trying to HAND WASH your vehicle. This older individual approached me and asked me, "what is it that you are doing here?" While I was washing out the bucket that I had used to wash my vehicle, he felt the need to curse, speak down on me, literally trying to physically force me to leave. I wasn't bothering anyone, nor causing a scene at his establishment, for him to approach me with such hostility (clearly has anger issues). This could all have been resolved respectfully and professionally (neither of which was demonstrated to me this day) as adults and move on with our day, he felt the need to shove me at one point in the midst of a conversation, when I told him to not touch me, he replied with " then don't get in my fucking way". Once again, he tried to escalate things into a physical altercation by standing behind my car with his fists balled up as if his only resort to fix this issue was to physically harm me. I'm pretty calm and collected and decided to be the bigger person and just leave before things really got out of hand, but I'll be sure to let others know of the abuse you may run into when visiting this establishment. I visit this car wash often due to the fact that it's down the street from my house, but I'll be sure to avoid this place from now on like the plague. I suggest others do the same. read more

I love the unlimited option that it's so fast. It's really reasonably priced 11.99 a month I can go when ever I want. In the past I used the hand bay and spent 8 bucks I think the automatic does just as good and I go about once a week. read more

I have no idea what is going on with this car wash but AVOID the serf serve washes like the plague! If you are using a credit or debit card to pay for the purchases you will get overcharged almost every time. I just washed my vehicle on 6/23/15 and swiped my credit card to wash my car. The total of my purchase was $5 and some change after hitting the stop button. These machines, conveniently do not print off receipts so you can verify your total purchase. Next thing I know, I am viewing my credit card on-line balance and Olympic so convenently rounded up my 1 time self serve car wash to $15.00 (not a pending charge but an accepted/processed charge). Man, are they making a killing! I'm outraged. I have been trying to contact Olympic via their phone number, with no answer. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is ridiculous, and it's not the first time it has happened! read more
