The managers Jordi Hunter and Phoenix at Bonner Spring they checked the system and accepted never membership and fraudulently Go carwash did those charges. I called several times main office letting message and sent 3 e-mails without answer after waiting 1 month a man called me accepting the refund but only $ 229.08 6 charges because are Gocarwash decision. Worst car wash ever! Took a brand new car through for a $20 wash rain and road dirt off and it rinsing with the garden hose would have done a better job!!! They run it through a second time to clean but don't bother treating the passenger side. Vacuums don't have enough power to vacuum anything! Soaking wet grimy towels to try to dry and wipe the remaining dirt off DON'T waste your money!!!The self wash by Walmart does a better job for less money. I was in the Olathe area and stopped by to wash my car. I really appreciate being able to use my membership at any location. One thing I've noticed is that no two GO Car Wash locations are built the same on the inside. Unfortunately, at this visit, the dryer seemed to be broken, or only a couple of blowers were working. read more

Since I live close and know that when they are busy it may be difficult to get drying towels I purposely waited until there were no lines. I paid my 20+ dollars for my wash and when I went to dry it once again, NO TOWELS!! It's the third time this has happened and I said nothing for the first two but thought maybe they would/could help and find me and the other patrons some drying towels ( we paid for that option). Instead of assistance they gave me excuses like "sometimes that happens when we are busy", " some people take allot of towels" .... Beyond that, there were no less than three employees laying down in the entrance lanes with a handful of balloons, curious I asked and they were celebrating 10 years and taking some pics.. Go car washes are some of the most inconsistent, unreliable options for a car wash. Their website hours are consistently inconsistent with operating hours. They never answer their phone either so you can't call and ask them if they're actually open during the times the website says they're open. Their quality is also inconsistent. Some days all the parts to the car wash work and some days they don't. If you go with them, just know you're probably going to have some frustrations at times and you have to ask yourself is it worth the five dollars a month you're saving by going to other options. He wasn't joking or relenting thank god I had my bf with me to get on his ass to let us out My bf called the higher ups to this place seems like this is Not the first time this has happened , the prices are incorrect a single wash is $10 this location has a plethora of issues that the managers don't care to address and that's why they don't answer the phone. Terrible Experience: Car Wash Damaged My Car's Paint I brought my Subaru Forester SUV to GO Car Wash at 15070 W 135th St, Olathe, KS 66062 on April 11 2023 at 10:00am for a standard wash, but when it was done, I noticed multiple scratches on the paint. "When I approached the staff about the damage, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility. They claimed that the damage did not happen to the others, implying that the damage was already there when I brought the car in ". I know my SUV, I have been taking care of it for more than 5 years since I bought it brand new. Overall, I had a terrible experience at GO Car Wash, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their poor service and washing equipment would result in expensive repairs and a significant waste of my time. Went to GO since the car wash I usually use was so busy...will most likely not return. Bought the basic wash ($9, great price) and expected similar results as to what I get at my usual car wash (which I pay $10 for) - a clean car. I was disappointed at the quality and results of the wash to say the least. I drive a lot on the highway, through what I'm sure is lots of bugs, however, the GO wash did not remove almost any of the bug spatters. Instead, I spent 20 mins at the vacuum station scrubbing them off by hand. See pictures below. On the up side, the vacuums work great and the slightly damp microfiber cloths they provide are great for interior cleaning and exterior drying! read more

My antenna broke off in their car wash. I filed a claim and sent them the bill to fix my antenna. They told me they were not liable for the damage to my vehicle saying there are signs all over stating to take your antenna off my vehicle before entering. There were no such signs at all there and now I am filing a small claims case against them. They are not an honorable business and you should stay clear of them and use a different car wash. read more

Had to come here as my usual car wash is temporarily closed. They only have 1 person on one side spraying your car before going through. Doesn't do a great job. Shouldn't both sides be sprayed? My main reason for going was bugs on windshield. Yes, sometimes there might be a little speck left behind, but all 3 spots were totally left. Been going to this specific location for YEARS..... and when I say that I mean when it was a Belfonte. GO Carwash came through the KC metro area and bought all these car washes up especially in JOCO. This specific location just can't seem to get it together ! When I say that, visit the Gardner location or the one just a little further down the road off Quivira. This specific location is a terrible representation of a GO carwash. On a consistent basis the entry brush that does the top section of the vehicle is broken, the vacuums are hit and miss whether they all are working that day or not, and now the long micro swing brushes are destroyed. As much business as this wash gets there is no reason this owner can't keep funds invested to keep this thing functioning! Don't even want to start on the whole spraying just the driver side off, what the passenger side ever do to you anyways !!! Lol come on get it together people !! read more
