I was looking for a specific boot that ended up being on backorder. I was set on wanting this boot…read moreso I placed the order anyways. Their estimated arrival time was right on with what they told me. I actually got the boots delivered to my house which was a few states away faster than I expected! i was very satisfied with the service and will absolutely look to them for future purchases!

I brought my new e-bike on for a once over, which Andrew, the shop manager, was kind enough to do…read moreright away at no cost. I asked about some of the e-bikes they had for sale. Later that day, I brought my wife in to test ride one. She enjoyed it so much, we bought it on the spot. I'd known about Vermont's financial incentive programs and asked about them. Apparently there was some confusion about how it worked, and I left thinking I had to apply for a rebate, but in fact it's a voucher program. That meant I had to apply for the voucher, then use it towards the purchase of an e-bike. I contacted the state's program and was told I had no recourse. I called the shop and spoke with Andrew, who was very apologetic, offered a solution that met with our satisfaction. What it came down to is that I can get an e-bike anywhere in Vermont. It's the customer service that will bring me back, time after time.

Giving this two stars (as opposed to one) only because the guy was relatively nice when he finally…read moregot to me. Walked in this morning with the intention of buying a bike and let the clerk know that that's why I was there. I told him that I wanted to look at some bikes with him as soon as he got a chance. He then proceeded to wait on other people who came in after me and I finally had to remind him that I have been waiting 20 minutes to look at a bike. After the weight and then basically told that they have very limited stock and if I wanted The kind of bike he would recommend for me that I would have to order it out of a catalog, site unseen, and I would own the bike even if it didn't suit me when it arrived. As someone who's not an experienced bike rider that just seems ridiculous. Anyway, I'm sure if you are a very experienced bike rider and know exactly what you want this place is fine. For beginners or people who haven't ridden for a long time...not so much.
