Melissa was warm and friendly without being intrusive or awkward and explained the process very thoroughly and to the point. The service itself was what I expected it to be (sugaring/waxing = hair being ripped from follicles, so that's never a fun time), but she made sure I was comfortable and even had me laughing more than a few times. The studio is clean - like sparkling clean and intimate without being cramped. She also offers a great selection of facials and I'll be booking one soon. Dr. Kramer has a kind bed side manner and listened to my teen daughter and gave her excellent advice on taking care of her skin and getting her face cleared up from acne. My husbands issues were also resolved with eczema on his arms. She is a warm person who exudes compassion and kindness. It is my understanding that she is heavily involved in community service and mission trips as well, which means a lot to me. Her office staff are professional and polite. They return calls quickly and are top notch. Also very important, SHE DOES NOT KEEP YOU WAITING. She honors your time and doesn't keep you waiting in the waiting room or exam room. This is very important to me as my time is also important. A lot of doctors lose focus on this issue, imo. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer.

By far THE BEST Urgent care I have ever experienced. My toddler has been dealing with a bad cough,…read moreand I was worried so I took him around 7pm right after work. The front desk woman was amazing! She was so nice while gathering up all our information, she spoke in a very caring way. I already felt at ease upon walking in. The waiting room was large for an urgent care facility, they had all sorts of things for the kids to do. Tv, touch screen play pad, they had a beautiful aquarium, etc. Not even 5 minutes later, we were called to get triaged, and we went straight into the exam room to wait for the doctor. As the physician checked on my son and asked me questions, she told me that he had a really bad ear infection =( .. although, she was reassuring that antibiotics would help clear everything up. She was quick, she educated me on what to do, how to take the medication, and prescribed an extra antibiotic eye drop if needed. She did tell me that the drop was not necessary at the moment and that I should hold off on filling it IF the oral antibiotics didn't work. So that was very helpful, especially for saving money at the pharmacy. Upon exit, the nurses and receptionists said their goodbyes and was so nice and wished us a good night. I just felt as though they really cared and was sincere about it. Parking - plenty of parking, as they have their own lot. Insurance - I have tricare prime and they did not collect a thing from me.

While we were staying in Olympia, I developed some pretty bad allergies, after all, WA and AZ are VERY different. My symptoms got so bad that I couldn't breathe through my nose at all. Not wanting to send me to a doctor and pump me full of synthetic and harmful drugs, the husband found out about Chinese Medicine, and that led us Susan Monaco. I decided to try out this Chinese Medicine stuff and I was feeling pretty positive because I know the powers of natural healing. I met with her for an herbal consultation and after a chat with me about my symptoms and my medical history along with a pulse check and a tongue check, I was on my way with a weeks worth of herbs to mix with hot water. I will not lie, these herbs were the nastiest things I have ever tasted. It was truly awful. However, after two weeks of using them I watched my allergy symptoms almost disappear. An herbal consultation will run you 35 dollars, cash or check, and the herbs, a week's worth, will cost between 15-20 dollars. They also have acupuncture available, but I did not partake in that procedure. If any of you Olympians are feeling not well and would like an alternative approach to your health care, do not hesitate to give Susan Monaco a call.
