I picked up 20 shirts that day - am I supposed to take all shirts out of the plastic and inspect them all that night and then return the ones they didn't do right? I can understand if I was a new customer but 20 years worth of business. I told them I wouldn't be coming back and taking my business elsewhere....no response. They may be the cheapest place in town but after years of being okay with shirts not properly laundered and broken buttons, I am done. There was no receipt to prove I dropped off X number of shirts in the event I got back fewer than I dropped off, or any process to prove that my clothes were not damaged at drop-off. My estimate for pickup was "Maybe Monday, maybe Wednesday". After trying to pick up the shirts on a Saturday (they're closed Saturday), then trying to pick them up the following Monday on the way home from work (they close at 3!)
