After meeting with several tile contractors and obtaining multiple quotes, I ultimately chose AAA…read moreTile based on recommendations from a high-end tile showroom whose customers consistently reported exceptional results with Ofer and his team. I am very grateful that I took their advice.
My project involved replacing the flooring throughout my condominium with beautiful Italian tiles. Unfortunately, the permitting process with the City of West Palm Beach and the requirements of my condominium association created significant delays and complications that were beyond anyone's control. The process became frustrating for everyone involved, including me, as I had to move out of my apartment during construction.
What impressed me most was Ofer's professionalism throughout the entire project. He kept me informed every step of the way, communicated honestly, and consistently followed through on his commitments. He explained that my building was constructed on an angle, creating additional challenges in laying the tile properly and maintaining alignment throughout the unit. He promised to do the best job possible - and he delivered.
As with many construction projects, a few unexpected issues arose. A mirrored closet door was accidentally damaged, and the closet doors needed to be reinstalled. What separates Ofer from many contractors in South Florida is his integrity and accountability. He took full responsibility, hired qualified specialists to address the problems, and made sure everything was corrected properly. There were no excuses, no finger-pointing, and no attempts to avoid responsibility.
The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The Italian tiles were installed in the pattern they were designed for, and the craftsmanship is evident throughout my home. The floors have transformed the entire appearance of my condominium.
Finding a contractor who is both highly skilled and genuinely accountable can be difficult. In my experience, the aggravation and expense of hiring the wrong contractor are far greater than any savings one might achieve upfront. For anyone looking for exceptional tile installation, quality workmanship, honesty, and a contractor who stands behind his work, I highly recommend Ofer and AAA Tile.
Thank you, Ofer, and thank you to your hardworking crew for creating such a beautiful result.
