After meeting with several tile contractors and obtaining multiple quotes, I ultimately chose AAA Tile based on recommendations from a high-end tile showroom whose customers consistently reported exceptional results with Ofer and his team. I am very grateful that I took their advice. My project involved replacing the flooring throughout my condominium with beautiful Italian tiles. Unfortunately, the permitting process with the City of West Palm Beach and the requirements of my condominium association created significant delays and complications that were beyond anyone's control. The process became frustrating for everyone involved, including me, as I had to move out of my apartment during construction. What impressed me most was Ofer's professionalism throughout the entire project. He kept me informed every step of the way, communicated honestly, and consistently followed through on his commitments. He explained that my building was constructed on an angle, creating additional challenges in laying the tile properly and maintaining alignment throughout the unit. He promised to do the best job possible - and he delivered. As with many construction projects, a few unexpected issues arose. A mirrored closet door was accidentally damaged, and the closet doors needed to be reinstalled. What separates Ofer from many contractors in South Florida is his integrity and accountability. He took full responsibility, hired qualified specialists to address the problems, and made sure everything was corrected properly. There were no excuses, no finger-pointing, and no attempts to avoid responsibility. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The Italian tiles were installed in the pattern they were designed for, and the craftsmanship is evident throughout my home. The floors have transformed the entire appearance of my condominium. Finding a contractor who is both highly skilled and genuinely accountable can be difficult. In my experience, the aggravation and expense of hiring the wrong contractor are far greater than any savings one might achieve upfront. For anyone looking for exceptional tile installation, quality workmanship, honesty, and a contractor who stands behind his work, I highly recommend Ofer and AAA Tile. Thank you, Ofer, and thank you to your hardworking crew for creating such a beautiful result. read more

Great company. Very happy with tile grout cleaning and sealing. Owner is easy to work with. This company has many five star reviews

I hired this company last month to clean and reseal one bedroom and half bath. Two days prior I paid a plumber to come out to remove the toilet and sink in half bath so the tile beneath it can be cleaned in resealed also. As you can see from the picture below, this was not done. The entire area around toilets and sink looks as though it was never done. Not only can you see old Paint but you can see dirt in the tile. I contacted Owner a few days later to request he come to fix, but he refused. The pics and screenshot of my text with him below, shows you the kind of workmanship ancustomer service you can expect from this conpany read more

I had new tile floors installed in my condo 7 years ago. The grout color was off white and over time started turning dark grey. Ive had the floors steam cleaned many times and after a few weeks looked old. I called AAA Tile and Ofer came to my home. He recommended that I seal and stain the grout to the original color and the product would last at least 10 years. Today the job was done in a professional manner and I must say my tile looks as good as new. AAA was on time, spotless and done in 4 hours as promised. I highly recommend. Rich read more

We took out a corner built in spa tub so we could put in a freestanding tub. The floor needed to be replaced once the spa tub was demoed and pulled out, and the back walls also needed to be retiled. Found matching marble tile for the floor and picked stone ledger tile to go up on the walls. The installer was fabulous! I highly recommend AAA Tile -they are the best! No stress when you have such a professional company do the job!! read more

Used this firm before and liked the result. Called again ( 2 years later) to polish my marble floors and two bathrooms. The bathroom tile turned out great but the marble in the rest of the house did not look clean. The grout was not cleaned well. I called the owner and told him I would like to have him look at it to see if they could touch it up. He said he would call me back when he would be in my area again. That was the last I heard from him. I had to redo the grout myself. I have since heard from the vendor's wife informing me of some unforeseen difficulties that made it difficult to have my job reviewed. I still feel that a "heads up" to the customer is warranted when a promise has to be modified. For that reason I have raised my review to 4 stars but excellent service requires communication between service company and customer when a promise has to be modified. read more

AAA Tile and Marble Restoration - Great tile work. - Countertop Installation Near Me

See all

If I could give AAA Tile & Marble Restoration more than 5 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time we have used AAA. The first time was to replace some tiles that buckled on a screened-in porch where the tiles were installed a very long time ago. This time we used them to completely replace the tiles on the screened-in porch. We called them on a Thursday and they came out that day to look at the job, removed the old tiles on Saturday, and completed the job on Monday. They were kind enough to accommodate our tight schedule. They showed up when they said they would show up. Everyone was professional and just really nice. And, the cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company and plan on using them again. read more

I bought my house three years ago and just never really like the way my floors looked. I have over 1000 sq ft of traverine tile in the main part of my house. I was so annoyed with how boring my floor looked I did other projects first. I just did not want to think about what had to be done to the tile. I finally got around to dealing with my dull boring floor. I was so annoyed with it I even considered ripping it all out until I was told that I have about $20,000 worth of travertine under my feet. After searching online I called three companies and got estimates from all. Ofer, the owner, came right out and did an estimate. Not only was his offer the most affordable but he explained every detail and the process. His quote was detailed so I understood how the figure was derived. The other companies tried to impress with this list of satisfied customers but their approach was was to corporate and I felt like just another check to them. I truly felt Ofer wanted me to be happy with my floor and that is exactly what I got. AAA did an amazing job. Now I just stop and look at my floor and continue to be shocked at how great it looks. Save time and money don't call anyone else other than AAA Tile and Marble Restoration. read more

The tile floor in my house was not installed correctly and needed remediation. I called AAA, spoke with Naomi and scheduled an appointment. Ofer and Daniel came over to identify the scope of work and gave me an estimate that was more than fair. I paid a deposit and we set the appointment to do the work the following week. Naomi called to confirm the day before and the crew showed up on-time and went to work. Daniel presented 2 grout colors to fill the holes with but I decided that I will have them come back to clean, stain and seal all of the grout lines at a later date to make it all uniform. In just over 2 hours the job was done. AAA is a family run business that is as professional if not more than any other commercial grade company providing the same services which is evidenced by their extensive client list both commercial and residential. Highly Recommend! read more

AAA Tile Restoration is a family run, trustworthy firm. I happen to deal with the Co-Owner Ofer Muchi. They may not be the cheapest around, however, his crews are outstanding tile layers. Expert quality and my end product was just beautiful. What a tremendous difference, and it's new! If I need tile work, I call AAA Tile without a doubt. If you don not, you will probably regret it later. R Hawkins Lake Worth, Fla PS- Make sure the installer knows if you have a glass frameless shower surround. This guy caused me to have to buy a $450 new door because the previous opening of 28 inches was reduced by 3/4 inch, so my old door will not fit. You cannot cut, grind or saw safety glass. David and his crew did a great job rejuvenating our marble floor. They even finished a day earlier than projected. it was helpful to have Dave, the owner, here throughout the process working alongside his men. Would definitely recommend AAA. read more

Used this family-owned company because of recommendations from a good friend of mine and also from my son. My tile floors look like the day they were put down. An added bonus is that they were extremely careful with some large pieces of furniture and my appliances. The owner's son worked most of the day by himself. He was very professional and friendly. If you are considering grout cleaning, I highly recommend this company. read more

I was very pleased with their hard work to fix some loose tile in our shower. The price was fair and when there was a slight remaining problem after the initial job, they came back out and fixed it for no additional charge. I recommend this company. read more

Our grout in our house needed to be cleaned, stained and sealed. I phoned up and spoke with Ofer and set up a time for him to come over. He came within a day and met with my husband and me to discuss what needed to be done. He gave us a very fair estimate and even agreed to do the job in two stages as we are under going some remodeling. Danny came with a helper and they cleaned the tile with a non toxic fabulous cleaner. Moving forward I thought I wanted one particular color, so Danny painted one section of the grout the color I had selected and he went a step further and painted another section that he being the professional thought was a better choice. He was correct! I love how my cleaning, grout stain and sealer came out! Our tile looks better than we even could have imagined! Thank you Danny!!! I highly recommend AAA Tile & Marble Restoration, and I am looking forward to having the rest of my house completed in a couple weeks! read more
