We've brought in cars on occasion that were at the end of their life, and they always check it out for us and tell us what the problem is, but don't charge us for their time in doing so, even though we aren't paying them to fix it because there's no point. They have always been very honest and helpful and don't seem to try to gouge us for money. Over the holidays, our in-laws vehicle had an issue after traveling here to visit us, and even though they were backed up with many other repairs to do, they made time to get theirs repaired so they could travel home on time. We were all incredibly appreciative, and it cost them much less than they'd expected - they thought it was going to be a huge, expensive issue but it ended up being something that cost less than $100. The other review here is a bad one, but my instinct is that it was a fluke because I struggle going to any other place to have my car looked at if something happens while I'm out of town... I only trust taking it to National Muffler because they always seem to quote me lower than other places, and don't try to push us to do unnecessary things. We've used them for repairs twice a year probably, for over 5 years now.

We purchased the vehicle on January 20 2025. The first issue was the radio was locked out due to the dealerships failure to contact Toyota and delete the previous owner. This particular issue must be addressed by the dealership. This should have been done prior to the sale. We had to make several trips and calls to get this resolved. The vehicle came with 26,000 miles sold as a ( gold certified) used Toyota however after only a few hundred miles the front drive axles started clicking . We were informed of a recall issue again the dealership failed us. Again this should have been checked and corrected before sold as a certified vehicle . We scheduled that for repair . We got the vehicle back and after a few days noticed a huge oil spot in the garage. Called the dealership and they claim no open appointments until Tuesday a week away. After complaining to the office ,The staff told her to bring it up , but when she does they act like they didn't tell her to bring it up being rude about our concern. I called and spoke with Chuck at 1200pm. He said Vince would call me after lunch , Vince never called so at 4 I called , no answer. At 5 He left a long rude voice message on my phone saying they never found any issues with the cv shafts that they just replaced or any oil leaking. That was Friday Feb 21. Saturday Feb 22. The tech David found the oil leak caused by the previous repair. They failed to take responsibility for this mistake costing us time and money. Save yourself a huge hassle and drive elsewhere to purchase vehicles And have them serviced.
