However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

The decking material I chose was DecKorators that has a dark slate picture frame with a medium brown field. Brian and Justin were the team that installed it all and it looks amazing. The guys showed up right on time every day, worked hard while there, were so friendly, asked questions when needed to ensure I got what I wanted. When they left, the site was cleaned up like they were never there. A very happy customer and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They did not start next to the house and work out so you did not see the screws being used. It has been a few years since the deck was installed, and we lost the contract on who did the job. Worker showed up on time and after showing him everything to be done, he told me that demolition wa not included. I told him it was never discussed. He also didn't have anything about the gate repair. He told me it was their error, so they would include it at no extra charge. Next day new section of fence was installed. didn't connect to old fence seamlessly (6" difference) and co-owner said "Well they're 6' boards, old ones are only 5'6". Absolutely refused to set boards lower so they matched. He said "well when you replace that section of fence you can get taller fence boards" . When completed I was told it was measured wrong and I needed to pay for demolition as well as an additional 24 feet of fencing. Co-owner stated that he shouldn't have to bear the brunt of a poorly measured work order. Cost went from quoted $2400 to $3465! Im an 80 year old widow on a fixed income, and was having the fence fixed and paid for in large part by insurance. after a lot of anger and tears they finally settled on $2800. I shouldn't have had to deal with the hassles due to their incompetence!

Sign says, would appreciate you staying back for the safety of my horse. Well the person driving the BF&D trailer was inches from my bumper. There was a large construction vehicle directly in front of me going about 5 miles slower than the speed limit. So for the safety of my horse, I stopped and waved the truck past. Not that he could go more than 10 feet before he ran into the construction vehicle. When I did he was yelling and screaming and giving me the finger. Very enraged. I wouldn't want someone with a hot temper like that on my property, never mind doing work for me. Don't know who it was driving, but it was a BF&D truck
