It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.
