Needless to say is I saw a beautiful arrangement on the website. Chose to go with the premium choice in hopes it would look at least like what was pictured. To my shock after spending $80+ dollars the arrangement was skimpy to say the least. When I called to ask why it was so minimal I was told that because going through a website the website took 27% of what was paid and that was my problem. Really???? That's great customer service. Needless to say I was then ask what I wanted them to do. Then told there was nothing they could do. The first photo below is what I thought I was ordering for $80+ dollars the second is what I got. I am just in shock because I can go to the grocery store and purchase the arrangement for under $20. I call this a huge ripoff. Shame on you for taking advantage of an out of state customer, who you figured would not see the arrangement but did. I am in shock and very disappointed. Plus whomever I spoke to might want to work or your customer service skill and learn a tad bit of compassion.

She even admitted that they did not put the correct number of flowers in my arrangement but just told me I should be happy with it. If you want arrangements that are professionally done, DO NOT use them. If you order from 1800 Flowers this is who will fill the order and it WILL NOT look like the arrangement you paid for. I will tell everyone I know not to use them as they have NO understanding of customer service. If you use this florist after reading several reviews of unhappy customers you WILL be sorry.
