I happen to find Perennial on Google, and so glad that I did. They were very delightful and friendly on the phone. The lady(I'm guessing its the owner) described the wreath in great detail and even said she was going to add a nice bow. I called yesterday and this morning I received a text with a picture of the wreath. It was ready so quickly! I was surprised at how beautiful it looked and really appreciate her taking time to send me a picture of it before they delivered it. My mother absolutely loved it and said it looks lovely. Great business, great customer service.

The individual I spoke with was rude, condescending, and appeared inconvenienced by my call. He then asked me to communicate via text, but the responses I received were equally unprofessional and dismissive. Professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication are essential to running a successful business, and this interaction demonstrated a clear lack of all three. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. Save yourself the frustration and consider looking elsewhere.
