They were very accommodating and even met my friend back at the store later when the delivery attempt had to be cancelled by me due to timing issues. I was panicking to find another florist quickly. Within minutes, they called me to say they would be able to fill my order. However, I was outside of their delivery area. They offered to help me find a different florist or have the option of picking it up at their shop. We did the latter. They were super helpful and quickly responded to my request- even though they were closed! We picked up the bouquet the next morning at 11am. The bouquet was gorgeous and our daughter loved it! I would have paid more than what the flowers cost, simply because of how courteous and helpful they were to us!
