Needing a funeral arrangement for next day delivery (near their store), I understood it could still prevent a challenge as my delivery time 'window' was extremely short. They were very accommodating and even met my friend back at the store later when the delivery attempt had to be cancelled by me due to timing issues. The arrangement was beautiful, as always, and the kindness and professionalism they showed me was greatly appreciated. I will continue to use them for all of my flower needs in Morgantown since I was raised in there, but now live out of state. They never disappoint! Thank you, Mike and 'team'.

I would certainly recommend them!

Do not recommend. Some of the staff were somewhat helpful…read morebut others wouldn't even acknowledge customer presence. One employee appeared to be too busy to look up and make eye contact with me even though I spoke directly to her as I stood across the front desk from her. I needed a watch battery replaced on a Movado watch. I explained that the mall jewelry stores didn't have the specific tools, but the young lady at Whites assured me they could do it. After battery change, they were unable to put the watch back together. The young lady solicited the help of the manager (?) who was in her office and she wasn't able to put the back on either..... this went on for nearly 15 minutes in the back workroom without any update to me, the customer, although I was basically within earshot and eyesight of them. The manager then left the work room and went back to her office without even glancing in my direction or providing explanation, even as I stood waiting at the register. The younger staffer had to come out and let me know that they were unable to re-attach the back. She handed it to me in pieces but still charged me for the battery! There really wasn't an apology, but she did look up a recommended shop in Bridgeport that could likely help, and gave me their phone number. I prefer the skill and customer service of Caplan's Jewelers in Weston. They met my needs with a smile, no charge, and I left there with an intact watch on my arm.

After not hearing anything last week, I called the Morgantown office yesterday and talked to a person who found my info and said the Fairmont office would call me back. No call. Contacted Rich's Farms in June, and spoke to Garrety (sp), lovely lady, intelligent conversation, and she advised me of 90 warranty which would consist of exchange only, and what to look for regarding the tree's progress. Since their warranty is only for 90 days we returned tree today after it was clearly dead. I was speaking to employee Beth and a employee by name of Tara arrived, pulled tree out of bag, stepped back with what I perceived as dramatic behavior with affect and posturing that appeared to indicate all of her senses had been assaulted, stating "root rot!" I said I'm confused, all the other trees are doing fine. She looked at me, and said, very slowly, enunciating each syllable with pressured speech, "ROOT ROT!" Lovely way to begin one's day, being treated as if I were an idiot and she possessing the right to insult me in such a perceived condescending manner. i later expressed my upset with Beth to which she indicated Tara was an expert in plants. I indicated I was an expert in my field and would not ever treat or speak to my patients in such a condescending manner. Suggested Tara not interact with public in the future. Having purchased three other trees, I do not see myself exercising my rights to exchange. Life is too short to be exposed to such persons. I do however, want to express my gratitude to Beth. She patiently and professionally explained root rot to me; precautions to take with new tree; proactive measures with other trees we had purchased; what to look for and what to do if certain signs of rot appeared. It's a shame that my patronage and enjoyment of this facility was tainted by one person. The two stars are only because of Beth. The overall experience was unpleasant, and she took a lot of the sting away.
