A lot has changed for the better at this office aft we reading the early reviews, i was suprised to…read morehear people were complaining about poor service. I've visited this office several times since 2020. Dr. Welsh was my first doctor, but he retired. I was pleased and thought he did a great job. So, I was disappointed when he retired. Since then I've had Christopher Lillie, PA for my annual visits. He's always been pleasant, thorough and quite professional. Last year, he found a spot of skin cancer on my scalp and scheduled me for removal of the cancer by their surgeon in house on another visit. Staff prepared me well for the procedure which they informed me was a Mohs surgical procedure. The surgery went well and after 2 follow up office visits, I'm now visiting every 6 months. Based on my experiences with Pinnacle Skin, their doctors and staff who have been highly professionsl, attentive and kind, I have recommended several of my friends and family to them.

My primary care physician prescribed me a medication which cleared up my skin infection! I will never seek any dermatologist care at your facility,I will provide a review regarding your very poor service and lack of care ! I started seeing Dr. Pandit for ankle and foot pain in 2009. Since then she has not only helped,…read morebut cured, myself and my family and friends. I first had heel pain and it was so bad. I was miserable and couldn't work. I heard about the heel shots other people got in the past with other doctors. I was nervous. But Dr. Pandit gave me several options and I opted for a shot and i will announce this now...it was PAINLESS. She is so nice and is really one of the most genuine people I have ever met. Over the years I have watched her business grow because she really is that good. But she never forgets anyone. No big box hospital treatment here. The entire staff knows you by name. I recently had ankle surgery by her for a torn ligament. Again, easy and recovery time was quick. My family has been in for other foot and ankle problems are they are all beyond satisfied. Office is constantly updated and Dr. Pandit even has a spa for sterile pedicures. She is on the cutting edge of technology. I would like to comment that the other reviewer who commented on her " so called tattoo burn". I am a licensed laser tech. If there was a tattoo burn it would have occurred immediately , not "the next day" . That only occurs if you don't follow any instructions given and start rubbing the skin on the area. Also she doesn't treat arms( I only do face where I work)unless someone volunteers for a training session with a nurse tech on new equipment which is done at your own risk which you sign for. People are always looking to complain for their own boredom. If you have a foot or ankle problem . Come here it is worth it! There is always a reason its is busy here and she is on TV and magazines!

I made an appointment for 2:45 pm because they don't have late appointments apparently. I had to…read moretake an hour off work to go pick up my orthotics. I got there at 2:45 and the office was dark and locked. I'm not taking any more time off work to come to their office. I was also not very happy with the fact that the first time I came, I never even saw the doctor, but I was not told that I wasn't seeing the doctor. An intern handled my 1st appointment.
