My stereo no longer works like it should, my hood no longer closes properly, they cut my battery cover because they couldn't figure out how to undo the tabs (I wish I was kidding), they removed several exterior panels so they could jerry rig the camera install, my windshield is no longer sealed properly and I'm afraid the other trim piece they removed will fly off while I'm driving, and it took them 9 hours to do it. The guy was nice enough but if he doesn't pay to fix what he broke then I don't care. I am a mechanic and automotive electronics installs are a hobby of mine so I know what I'm talking about.
