If given the option, I would rate this experience with 0 stars. I decided to visit this shop for a manicure and pedicure, accompanied by my sister. Upon arrival, we noticed it wasn't busy, yet the employee barely acknowledged our presence, only giving us a quick glance. Despite my initial inclination to leave, my sister persuaded us to stay. After about 10 minutes, the employee, a woman with short hair, finally put her phone down and asked for our preferences. However, during the service, both the manicurists, short hair woman and the only male employee there, seemed to disregard our requests. My sister's nails ended up much shorter than she desired, despite explicitly stating her preference to maintain her length. Additionally, the nail design we requested was completely botched. Throughout the rushed service, we felt as though we were an inconvenience, evident from the employees' glances and demeanor. Even during payment, their attitude remained unpleasant, leaving us with the impression that they expected more tip. Overall, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I have no intention of returning. I would advise others to steer clear of this establishment. read more

The salon was impeccably clean, and all the staff members adhered to the highest hygiene standards, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I opted for a gel x manicure, and the nail technician, Lee, was incredibly meticulous and attentive to detail. She took her time to ensure each nail was perfect, and the final result was stunning. She did them exactly how I wanted them. I also appreciated the wide range of colors and finishes to choose from. What stood out to me was the level of care the staff showed.
