This company completed several jobs for my husband`s co-wokers. The work was outstanding, and we were very excited. It should be mentioned that before we started the process, a few of my husband`s coworkers "complained of how "Rick" (Ricardo) would fail to return or even acknowledge them as previous customers. My husband and I still decided to go to with Synthetic Turf and Services. The job was quoted, a down payment was given and the job was completed in a timely manner. Shortly after the completion of the job, we discovered several issues that needed to be repaired. The company at that point was next to near impossible to contact or arrange a date for any type of service. After I sent several emails were sent, including voicemails. I finally emailed them stating I was going to file a complain with Attorney General Ashely Moody and The Better Business Bureau, for their lack of professionalism and ethics. Once I sent this message , "Ricardo" immediately reached out to me via text stating he had no intention to acknowledge my complain, damage and only stating that I replaced a few pavers "which had nothing to do with the damages that were located which should be covered under the warranty". Ricardo showed arrogance and complete ignorance towards my residence and job project, refusing to even have any member of his company even show up at my residence. I, along with a least 5 other known individuals all have the same issues with this company. He only wants to install the product, collect the money and WALK AWAY. I have forwarded several emails to Attorney General Ashely Moody regarding this matter. Her office advised me that they are looking into this matter and there is deeply concern.The reason that I am writing this review is to warn people that this company has no intentions other than initially taking your money, doing the job and then disappearing .

The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. Much cleaner and more beautiful to look at. Very classy. Thank you Phil and the crew. You guys are the best.
