I found Olga through a living social deal. Her little spot in the back of the store is a perfect size for herself and a customer with privacy. Olga did such a wonderful job with my facial. I had no idea what I needed. I hadn't had a facial in ages. She was able to do my facial based on my skin tone and it was one of the best I've ever had. My face is extremely sensitive. After most facials I leave a spa with pink cheeks from whatever harsh chemicals are used. She was cautious with my skin and did a great job hydrating it. I felt like a million bucks after :D She is so kind and very easy to talk to. She's very smart and quite lovely overall. I genuinely enjoyed just speaking with her about various topics. She was very aware of my facial issues just from looking at me and she was able to work with me on what I needed. She's wonderful - go check her out! read more

You'll find sweet Olga in the most unlikely of places, a tiny rental space in the back of Number One Beauty, my favorite local beauty supply store (Skip Sephora)! Originally from Canada, she has 40+ years experience and a natural ability to connect. Before the facial begins, we spend about 15 minutes discussing any recent stress, water intake, potential vitamin deficiencies, sun protection and family history so she knows how to proceed. All of the skincare products I've used the last 3 years are actually from a family-owned brand she recommended called Gunilla of Sweden. Book with Olga via text at (310) 339-1886. She's the best!!!! read more

Can not say enough amazing things about Olga. Got lucky enough to find her on Groupon but will be a loyal customer from here on out. I felt like I've known her for years and she was so thorough I was blown away. She was so easy to talk to and I walked away relaxed, with glowing skin and infinite new knowledge on how to take care of my skin. She was perfect. read more

I loved Olgas energy. She gave a great facial and also focused on getting healthy skin from the inside out. Very enjoyable. will be back. I am glowing :) read more

Came in to Olga's Facials with a groupon for a custom organic facial. She is located in a tiny room (closet?) in the back of the beauty supply store on Montana. Street meter parking was easy. She asked me to print out my Groupon and bring it, I did not do that as Groupon is made so you can just show your phone. She did not hassle me about it when I came in. We sat down in her room and went over my concerns, skin care regimen and eating habits. I saw her write down that I was a Scorpio (lol). She had some commentary on food quality in the states and other things that were a bit beyond the purpose of my visit. We talked for about 15 minutes. The facial was about 30 minutes. Besides the extractions, it was relaxing and nice. Although she did have music playing in her room, at times I could hear people talking in the store. read more

Olga is such a knowledgeable skin care consultant. She has been doing it a long time and was able to tell me a lot about my skin after looking at it for only a few moments. You can tell she's an expert because her skin looks so beautiful The Vitamin Drip Facial left my skin feeling amazing and hydrated. I will definitely be seeing her again. read more

WOW. I just had a facial at Olga's Facials this morning and felt immediately compelled to write a review. It's been years since I've had a facial, and my face really needed it. Two of my friends referred me to Olga. I don't even live on the west side, and the facial well worth the drive to Santa Monica this morning. I parked my car, got a tea, and walked to Olga's. Her place is two blocks from Ocean Avenue, it was a gorgeous way to start the day. Immediately upon looking at me, Olga knew my skin type (combination) and was ready to fix it. Not only did she do incredible work on my skin, but Olga is also a lovely person, and you can tell she loves what she does. I have extremely sensitive skin and when I left there, I wasn't red at all! In fact, my skin looks like a porcelain doll and I feel like I look 10 years younger! The other thing I loved about Olga was that the end of the facial, she wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me a million products. I feel not only an outer glow, but an inner glow. The experience was relaxing, peaceful, and I feel rejuvenated! Can't wait to go back! I'm hooked! I feel like I did something really good for myself :) read more

I have had a lot of facials over the years, and I have known about Olga for years, but today was the first time I had a facial with her. BEST FACIAL EVER!!!! Look no further, the most gentle, results orientated, no nonsense facial ever. I will be back and you should check her out ASAP read more

Olga is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and kind professional. She truly understands the body and all of the underlying causes of skin issues. She went above and beyond to make this treatment a relaxing and positive experience, and I will certainly be revisiting her. Thanks Olga! :-) read more

I went in for a facial and came out with a friend. Before the facial began, she asked me a series of questions in order to personalize the facial for my skin. In the process of said questions, we ended up having such a deep and amazing conversation about life and everything that's important to us. Unlike other people in these reviews, I didn't mind being asked so many questions about my life, as I asked her questions back in return. I think that's the whole point of going to a person for service, to exchange dialogue. In that one visit, I learned a great deal about her personal life and it saddens me to see many reviews critiquing her small space. If you only knew how she ended up in that location, maybe you wouldn't be so judgey. We continued our great conversation from beginning to end. This is my second time getting a facial in my life and this experience was absolutely amazing. She's a great human being and a great person to get a facial with! She made me feel right at home. read more

She is great. Sweet, gentle and best of all my skin has been looking smoother and younger

This is my second visit to Olga and I should probably make the disclaimer: I bought a Lifebooker. The first thing Olga asked when I called was if I bought a deal. I said yes and she said in order to make the apt, she needed the voucher number (really?). I gave it to her (even though she can look me up in her system) and scheduled my appt. My first visit to Olga was about 8 months ago in her place on Wilshire (she's now on Montana in a small room in the back of a beauty supply store). I got the Hawaiian Facial, which was scheduled for 60 minutes. She went over 30 minutes, really taking the time to discuss my skin, get to know me, etc... It was relaxing and my skin felt great. This last time, not so much. I arrived for my appt and immediately received the same set of questions (skin care routine, sunscreen, spf, how often did I reapply, did I know that stress affects my life, etc...) and heard the same stories (one lady hated all the questions she asked, she wasn't her therapist, etc...). I let her talk, all the while thinking this could be shared during my facial, if at all, but be patient. Finally she has me get undressed. I believe she gave me the vitamin drip, although I asked her to do what she thought best and said that since my skin was clogged in some places, would like extractions (not a part of the vitamin facial). She cleansed my face, rubbed oils on it, took a scarping tool and dragged it around a few spots on my face (never extracting anything, I looked immediately after), and then basically called it a day. She even left me to 'relax' while I had a masque on, instead of rubbing my arms or shoulders. 40 minutes later, I was out of there. While I will say that my skin looked shiny and hydrated, I was disappointed in the quick, in and out, you only purchased a deal so you aren't getting the full treatment experience. Or at least, that's how it felt. Bottom line: does she give a good facial? Probably, but only if you pay full price. read more

Hands down Olga gives the best facials around. Maybe it's years of experience and her background and philosophy on skincare that sets her apart from the day beauty spa facials or even well known skin care specialist- what ever it is she is e x c e l l e n t. I've had problem skin when I was younger and exhausted skin during a health problem and now as I move into my sixties she knows how to liven up my skin. My last visit to my dermatologist , he asked me what I'm doing ! So I thank Olga. read more

First and foremost, thank you Olga for a wonderful facial and she did an excellent job touching up my brows. She was knowledgeable and kind. I felt so rejuvenated after I left which stayed with me for a few weeks. But alas I must return to continue my beautification. I will absolutely return to see her, essentially becoming a regular. My only small and trivial complaint is the space. I am 5'10" and the room only has maybe a foot or two on me. She was cramped and all the bottles and things were at ear level. I would follow her to a more suitably larger place. read more

Olga is amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. After one treatment my face was glowing and the skin tags I've had on my forehead started disappearing. By the second facial they were almost completely gone. She is so attentive and wants to help you be your best self! read more

I got a facial from Olga today. I had vitamin drip facial and she did a peel on me, I think a glycolic and vitamin C. I had many facials in my life, some good some not so good. This facial seem light, but it did give good results. My face looks refreshed and that is what I wanted. I know the room is small where she does her facials, but I enjoyed it very much. Nice lady... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. She is rude and unfriendly. I bought her facial from a groupon type thing. And I contacted her 3 days after it had expired. I asked her if she could be flexible in letting my mom and I using it (I obviously would have tipped her well) that week. She said no and said I could pay the difference and come in, which is just paying the full price. The reason I had let it expire, as I explained to her is my father passed away. She told me to be more responsible. Usually I would have been 'more responsible' but I was unable to call her before because I was depressed from my father's death. I wanted to take my mom so that she could do something because it has been hard for her too. It wasn't like I asked her a month later to let me use these certificates, it was 3 days later and I was going to use them that week. I would never recommend her, she was insulting over the phone and mean. read more

Excellent facial. I travelled from NY and stepped off the plane knowing that I needed a facial. Lotion and giant bottles of water weren't making a dent. Bought a groupon and scored an appointment which was perfect for me. We spoke about my skin, stress levels etc and I liked that she wanted to know about these things before treating me. Facial was great. Super relaxing and bottom line - my skin looked and felt great when I walked out. Will be back and will refer my friends. read more

I found Olga through a deal on Groupon. She was awesome! She was so sweet and thorough in all of her explanations of what's going on. She made me feel welcomed the moment we met. She is full of positive energy and I highly recommend using Olga. Being this was my first time having a facial, I would definitely do it again. Olga made it an enjoyable experience and she is definitely an expert at what she does. read more

Stay away!!! This was probably the worst facial I have ever received. She asks many personal inappropriate questions (she asked me about my period 5 times during my appointment) her location is terrible as it is basically a closet in a beauty supply store, and the service she provides I could do myself at home! She literally just slapped a bunch of products on my face - Not to mention she burned my skin! read more

Olga is lovely and my skin is absolutely glowing!

I first came to Olga for a lash tint deal I bought on living social. I've been back many times since and just had my first facial with her the other day. she is amazing!!! my skin was disgusting after spending 2 weeks in India. she made it look so good! Olga does a whole intake to learn more about you and your skin, then she uses her many tools and lasers to achieve the best skin you'll ever have. Love love LOVE Olga. Not only was she thorough in making sure she knew all about my allergies, skin care regimen, problem areas, etc, she also got to know ME as a person and learn about what I needed from the experience. She gave the best massage - I was sound asleep!! - and finally had a chance to enjoy, relax, and feel pampered. I came out not only looking better, but feeling better emotionally and feeling like I had a full day at the spa wrapped up into a 60 minute facial. AWESOME! Much appreciated. read more
