My experience from the first call talking to the receptionist, to the proof of concept, and the final product. I ordered a custom embroidered logo that was pretty detailed containing 7 colors. I think an average logo is 3 to 5 colors. With all the colors my Winey Munkies logo came out great! Before they took the risk of just placing the embroidery on my nice Adidas polo, I received a preliminary logo on a piece of fabric just incase there needed to be any modifications. The mock logo was great and I placed the order. A couple days later I picked up my shirt after a courtesy call from the receptionist letting me know it was complete. When I picked up my shirt all the staff was super friendly and interested in my thoughts about the final product.
