First of all, the price was hands-down the fairest anywhere nearby. I called multiple shops before choosing this one, and everyone else gave me outrageous quotes. JB Customs offered a price that was extremely reasonable -- honestly shockingly cheap for the quality of work. And the install? Ridiculously fast. He works with surgeon-level precision but somehow finishes everything faster than any shop I've ever dealt with. The light-up pony came out flawless -- clean wiring, perfect alignment, no gaps, no issues. It looks factory, but better. The door sills (non-illuminated) were installed perfectly as well. Straight, secure, spotless -- exactly how they should look. Not a single scratch or misalignment. On top of all that, he's friendly, honest, and clearly takes pride in his craft. No upselling, no pressure -- just real professionalism. If you want any custom work done -- cosmetic, lighting, accessories -- JB Customs is the ONLY place you should take your car. Fast, fair, flawless. This shop deserves way more recognition.

But last week I took in my two year old Rivian with 40k miles. I simply wanted a ceramic coating because I've started doing a little light off roading and I want more paint protection. They cleaned and dressed all of the plastic trim. They cleaned all the door jams as well. My car literally had dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. I had been shopping around trying to decide who I could trust to wrap my Tesla, but one phone call with Cooper was all it took. The guy knew EVERYTHING. He even showed me vehicles they were currently working on so I could see firsthand the level of care and attention to detail this team puts into every car. I originally thought I would just choose between a matte or clear wrap. Instead, Cooper took the time to understand the entire look I wanted and helped me build my dream car: dark grey PurePPF, a smoked-out light bar, blacked-out side taillights, and tinted windows.
