When I went to pay my oil change was only discounted $1.77 which is their cost. I get the price I paid was higher, but they should have at least discounted me $7-$8 which is their retail cost. Just from a customer satisfaction standpoint, the discount should have been more as compensation for their supply chain issue and me having to spend 40 minutes to get the part. I'm sure more than $1.77 is built into the bundled price for the oil change.
