One of their technicians came out, took a look in the bathrooms, around the house, and in the basement, only to claim there was nothing they could do for us without a total repiping job. Needless to say I was very upset and it wasn't until later in the week. I could find an independent plumber to come out and perform the necessary repairs, which took less than 90 minutes. After MPP's office manager texted me to follow up on the repiping estimate they had sent, I informed her of my displeasure, and asked specifically for the owner to call me. When that didn't happen, I called again with the same request. After four days, it was clear he had no intention of reaching out to me. I'm not sure what's going on with this business but their service and attitude are less than "professional"!
