Shaun did the estimate and helped to get everything set up. Even getting the state inspector to come by on an off day for the area. Randall, Matthew and Jody did the bulk of the work with Dustin coming in and doing some finish up work. It was a large job but I finally got the correct outlet for the dryer, all electrical up to code and had everything completed in a day, even the labeling of the panel. I was happy to receive a text from the Technician Branden A. He also called to say he would be over in 45 mins and was driving a distance. He arrived right on time, wore shoe covers & was well-groomed. Branden asked many questions before looking at the problem, which I appreciated. Turned out I had a clog leading out to my Septic tank, which he resolved; advised me on proper maintenance, and gave me needed treatment to pour down my drains. I was so thankful Branden did not price-gouge and didn't "find" any other issues; even tho I'm a single woman over 50. His price was much lower than if I had gone with another company I almost used.
